– Studio spacieux et lumineux au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble facile d'accès et sécurisé (interphone) en plein centre d'Espalion sur le GR65 Via Podiensis. – Tout équipé de neuf : 1 lit 140, 1 lit 90, fauteuil banquette cinéma (2 places) une table et 4 chaises, lampadaire, petit meuble chevet. – Cuisine équipée : plaque induction, micro-ondes, frigo, machine à café (dosettes souples), bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, torchons et produits ménagers fournis. – Salle de bain : cabine de douche, meuble vasque, grand miroir, chauffage sèche serviette – WC. – Entrée : placards de rangement, porte-manteau dont un mural "déco coccinelle" – interphone. Literie : couettes et draps fournis avec alèses et en complément d'autres alèses jetables supplémentaires pour chaque lit. Accueil : de préférence entre 15h et 18h. Départ : 10h à 12h  – le ménage doit être fait. Réservation avec versement d'arrhes. Location pour 3 personnes maximum. Animaux non admis.

Bedding: comforters and sheets supplied with undersheets and additional disposable undersheets for each bed. Reception: preferably between 3pm and 6pm. Check-out: 10am to 12pm – housework to be done. Reservations subject to deposit. Maximum occupancy: 3 people. Pets not allowed.
