Nos gîtes constituent une ancienne maison lorraine du XVIe siècle, située au coeur de la Lorraine, à Pagny-sur-Moselle, à proximité de Pont-à-Mousson (Abbaye des Prémontrés), 15 km de Chambley, 20 km de Metz (centre Pompidou) et 40 km de Nancy (place Stanislas). Au sein du Parc Naturel Régional de Lorraine, sur l'itinéraire du GR5. Entouré d'Espaces naturels sensibles composés de circuits de ballade aménagés (plusieurs niveaux de difficulté).Commerces et artisanat sur place. Parking zone bleue devant le gîte limité à 1h, 2 parkings gratuits (sans limite de temps) à 100 mètres." Gîte non fumeur. Entrée commune avec gîte 54G246 par cour intérieure végétalisée et couloir sécurisé. RdC : entrée, séjour, cuisine, WC ind, espace buanderie. Etage avec accès escalier : 1 grande chambre (1 lit 160×200 + 1 lit 90×200), 1 petite chambre (1 lit 90×200), salon avec 1 lit d'appoint 90×200 TV et WIFI, salle d'eau/WC. Prix toutes charges comprises (chauffage central gaz, linge de toilette et de maison fournis, lits faits à l'arrivée). Extérieurs sur différents niveaux : 2 cours extérieures avec 1 appentis comprenant salon de jardin et barbecue, 1 jardin avec arbres fruitiers et petits fruits accessible par escaliers extérieurs. Jouets jeunes enfants, livres et jeux de sociétés disponibles. Rodeado de zonas naturales sensibles con rutas de senderismo desarrolladas (varios niveles de dificultad). Los precios incluyen todos los gastos (calefacción central de gas, toallas y ropa de cama, camas hechas a la llegada). Exterior en diferentes niveles: 2 patios exteriores con 1 cobertizo que incluye muebles de jardín y barbacoa, 1 jardín con árboles frutales y pequeños frutos accesible por escaleras exteriores. Juguetes para niños pequeños, libros y juegos de mesa disponibles. Parcheggio in zona blu di fronte al gîte limitato a 1 ora, 2 parcheggi gratuiti (senza limiti di tempo) a 100 metri di distanza Alloggio non fumatori. Ingresso in comune con l'alloggio 54G246 attraverso un cortile interno verde e un corridoio sicuro. Piano terra: ingresso, soggiorno, cucina, WC privato, lavanderia. Primo piano con accesso alle scale: 1 camera grande (1 letto 160×200 + 1 letto 90×200), 1 camera piccola (1 letto 90×200), soggiorno con 1 letto supplementare 90×200 TV e WIFI, bagno con doccia/WC. I prezzi includono tutte le spese (riscaldamento a gas, asciugamani e biancheria per la casa forniti, letti fatti all'arrivo). All'esterno su diversi livelli: 2 cortili esterni con 1 capanno con mobili da giardino e barbecue, 1 giardino con alberi da frutto e piccoli frutti accessibile da scale esterne.
