Le "Percheron" est un gite douillet pour deux entièrement restauré par les propriétaires dans un petit hameau tranquille au coeur du Parc Naturel régional du Perche. Maison percheronne dans un ancien corps de ferme, en formule tout inclus, mitoyen avec les propriétaires (discrets et à proximité pour mieux vous accueillir) : Rez de chaussée avec 5 marches : séjour avec coin salon (lit d'appoint 1 personne, TV) et espace repas. Cuisine aménagée. Salle de bains attenante avec wc. Etage : chambre avec lit 2 personnes 140 x 190 cm, bureau, TV, wc partiellement cloisonné. Lave-linge privatif. Terrasse couverte attenante au gite. Espace extérieur privatif et non attenant, clos et fleuri avec terrasse couverte. Pour votre confort, le linge (draps, serviettes de toilette, torchons) est inclus et le lit fait à votre arrivée. Attention: la cheminée visible sur les photos n'est pas fonctionnelle.

The "Percheron" is a cozy cottage for two fully restored by the owners in a small quiet hamlet in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park. Percheron house in an old farmhouse, all-inclusive, adjoining the owners (discreet and nearby to better welcome you): Ground floor with 5 steps: living room with lounge area (single extra bed, TV) and dining area. Kitchen. Adjoining bathroom with wc. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm, desk, TV, partially partitioned wc. Private washing machine. Covered terrace adjoining the cottage. Private and detached outdoor space, enclosed and flowered with covered terrace. For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included and the bed is made upon your arrival.

Percheron-Haus in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, All-Inclusive-Formel, angrenzend an die Eigentümer (diskret und in der Nähe, um Sie besser empfangen zu können): Erdgeschoss mit 5 Stufen: Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke (Zusatzbett für 1 Person, TV) und Essbereich. Ausgestattete Küche. Angrenzendes Badezimmer mit WC. Etage: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 140 x 190 cm, Schreibtisch, TV, teilweise abgetrenntes WC. Eigene Waschmaschine. Überdachte Terrasse neben dem Ferienhaus. Privater, nicht angrenzender, geschlossener und blühender Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse. Für Ihren Komfort ist die Wäsche (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher) im Preis inbegriffen und das Bett bei Ihrer Ankunft gemacht. Achtung: Der auf den Fotos sichtbare Kamin ist nicht funktionstüchtig.

Een Percheron huis in een oude boerderij, all-inclusive, grenzend aan de eigenaars (die discreet zijn en in de buurt om u welkom te voelen): Begane grond met 5 treden: woonkamer met zithoek (extra eenpersoonsbed, tv) en eethoek. Ingerichte keuken. En-suite badkamer met wc. Eerste verdieping: slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (140 x 190 cm), bureau, TV, gedeeltelijk gescheiden wc. Eigen wasmachine. Overdekt terras grenzend aan de gîte. Afgesloten privé buitenruimte met bloemen en overdekt terras. Voor uw comfort is het linnengoed (lakens, handdoeken, theedoeken) inbegrepen en is het bed opgemaakt bij aankomst. Let op: de open haard op de foto's is niet operationeel.

Una casa Percheron en una antigua granja, todo incluido, contigua a la de los propietarios (que son discretos y están cerca para hacerle sentir bienvenido): Planta baja con 5 escalones: salón con zona de estar (cama individual supletoria, TV) y zona de comedor. Cocina equipada. Cuarto de baño con aseo. Primera planta: dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (140 x 190 cm), escritorio, TV, aseo parcialmente separado. Lavadora privada. Terraza cubierta contigua a la casa rural. Espacio exterior privado, cerrado y florido, con terraza cubierta. Para su comodidad, la ropa de cama (sábanas, toallas, trapos de cocina) está incluida y la cama está hecha a su llegada. Nota: la chimenea que aparece en las fotos no está operativa.

Una casa Percheron in un'antica fattoria, tutto compreso, adiacente ai proprietari (che sono discreti e vicini per farvi sentire i benvenuti): Piano terra con 5 gradini: soggiorno con angolo salotto (letto singolo supplementare, TV) e zona pranzo. Cucina attrezzata. Bagno in camera con wc. Primo piano: camera con letto matrimoniale (140 x 190 cm), scrivania, TV, bagno parzialmente diviso. Lavatrice privata. Terrazza coperta adiacente all'alloggio. Spazio esterno privato, recintato e fiorito con terrazza coperta. Per il vostro comfort, la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani, strofinacci) è inclusa e il letto viene rifatto al vostro arrivo. Nota bene: il camino mostrato nelle foto non è funzionante.
