Accès au ranch pour aller voir les chevaux, se promener au bord du petit étang. Equipement bébé complet: lit, chaise haute, parc, table à langer. Accès direct au fond de la propriété, à la foret landaise pour balade à pied ou vélo. La piste cyclable est à l'entrée de la propriété et relie la plage du lac (4 kms) et l'océan (13 kms)

Light and spacious gîte, wide open spaces, private swimming pool and jacuzzi, large, enclosed garden with tables, sunbeds, peaceful and relaxing location. Private 7m x 3.5m heated and secure swimming pool (with alarm), open from mid-May to September, not overlooked, 6-person jacuzzi under the veranda adjoining the house. Access to the ranch to visit the horses or walk around the pond. Full set of baby amenities: bed, highchair, playpen, changing table. At the back of the property, there is direct access to the Landes forest for walking or cycling. The cycle path is at the entrance to the property and provides access to the beach on the lake (4 km) and the ocean (13km)

Ruhiger, entspannender Ort. Privater Swimmingpool (7 x 3,5 m), beheizt und gesichert (Alarmanlage), von Mitte Mai bis September nutzbar, ohne Gegenüber. Spa/Whirlpool für 6 Personen unter Veranda am Haus. Zugang zur Ranch, um die Pferde zu besuchen und am kleinen Weiher spazieren zu gehen. Komplette Baby-Ausstattung: Bett, Hochstuhl, Laufstall, Wickeltisch. Im hinteren Teil des Anwesens direkter Zugang zum Wald der Landes für Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren.

Directe toegang aan de achterkant van het huis tot het Landes bos om te wandelen of te fietsen. Het fietspad ligt bij de ingang van het landgoed en verbindt het strand van het meer (4 km) en de oceaan (13 km)

La casa tiene 4 cuartos de baño. Casa rural amplia y luminosa, con grandes espacios, piscina y jacuzzi privados, un gran jardín cerrado con mesas, tumbonas, y con un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Piscina privada de 7 x 3,5 climatizada y segura (alarma), abierta desde mediados de mayo hasta septiembre, vistas despejadas; SPA con jacuzzi para 6 personas en una veranda junto a la casa. Acceso al rancho para ir a ver los caballos y pasear junto al pequeño estanque. Equipamiento completo para bebé: cuna, trona y cambiador. Acceso directo al fondo de la propiedad y al bosque de las Landas para dar paseos a pie o en bicicleta. El carril bici está en la entrada de la propiedad y conecta la playa del lago

Gîte spazioso e luminoso, ampi spazi all'aperto, piscina privata e jacuzzi, ampio giardino recintato con tavoli, area per prendere il sole, posizione tranquilla e rilassante. Piscina privata 7m x 3,5, aperta da metà maggio a settembre, non affacciata; jacuzzi SPA per 6 persone sotto la veranda adiacente alla casa. Accesso al ranch per vedere i cavalli e passeggiare intorno al laghetto. Attrezzatura completa per bambini: culla, seggiolone, box, fasciatoio. Accesso diretto sul retro della proprietà alla foresta delle Landes per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta. La pista ciclabile si trova all'ingresso della proprietà e collega la spiaggia del lago (4 km) e l'oceano (13 km)
