Au sous-sol (plafond-bas) buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, possibilité de ranger vélos ou motos. Couchage supplémentaire en canapé convertible sur demande. Seul le poêle à granulés permet de chauffer le séjour (fonctionnement automatique), chauffages électriques dans les autre pièces. Matériel bébé : lit pliant et chaise haute.
