Gîte au charme un peu vintage, au cœur d'un village, un peu isolé mais les commerces nécessaires ne sont qu'à 4 km. 5 chambres, dont deux très grandes chambres avec une capacité totale de couchage de 12 personnes, cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle à vivre avec cheminées en fond un lieu idéal pour des réunions de familles ou entre amis d'autant qu'il y a tout pour passer un bon week-end à s'amuser grâce à une incroyable panoplie de jeux : ping-pong, pétanque, palets, speed-ball, molkky, structure balançoires toboggan, bac à sable, jeu d'arcade, babyfoot, jeux de société et, pour les nostalgiques, la pièce d'anthologie : un flipper qui a eu beaucoup de succès pendant notre séjour. Propreté impeccable, nous sommes vos voisins et vous réservons un très sympathique accueil . Horaires flexibles hors juillet//août, minimum deux nuits en période estivale            Didier et Annie se feront un plaisir de vous renseigner sur les coins de pêche, les visites, les randonnées et toutes autres informations pouvant vous être utiles.                           Baignade: Etang de Malagué  sur Chaumont (16 kms),sablières d'Ecouflant (12 kms), rivière plage à Rives du Loir (7 kms). This charming, vintage-style gîte in the heart of a village is a little isolated, but the shops you need are only 4 km away. 5 bedrooms, including two very large ones with a total sleeping capacity of 12, functional kitchen, large living room with fireplaces, ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, and everything you need for a fun-filled weekend thanks to an incredible array of games: ping-pong, pétanque, shuffleboard, speed-ball, molkky, swing structure, slide, sandbox, arcade game, table soccer, board games and, for the nostalgic, the pièce d'anthologie: a pinball machine that was a big hit during our stay. Impeccably clean, we're your neighbors and will give you a warm welcome. Flexible hours except July/August, minimum two nights in summer Didier and Annie will be happy to give you information on fishing spots, visits, hikes and any other information you may need. Ferienhaus mit Vintage-Charme, im Herzen eines Dorfes, etwas abgelegen, aber die notwendigen Geschäfte sind nur 4 km entfernt. 5 Schlafzimmer, darunter zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit einer Gesamtschlafkapazität von 12 Personen, funktionelle Küche, großes Wohnzimmer mit Kaminen, ein idealer Ort für Familienfeiern oder Treffen mit Freunden, zumal es alles gibt, um ein gutes Wochenende zu verbringen und sich dank einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Spielen zu amüsieren: tischtennis, Boule, Shuffleboard, Speedball, Molkky, Schaukelgerüst, Rutsche, Sandkasten, Arcade-Spiel, Tischfußball, Gesellschaftsspiele und für Nostalgiker das Glanzstück: ein Flipperautomat, der während unseres Aufenthalts sehr beliebt war. Einwandfreie Sauberkeit, wir sind Ihre Nachbarn und bereiten Ihnen einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Gîte met vintage charme, in het hart van een dorp, een beetje afgelegen maar de noodzakelijke winkels liggen op slechts 4 km afstand. 5 slaapkamers, waaronder twee zeer grote slaapkamers met een totale slaapcapaciteit van 12 personen, functionele keuken, grote woonkamer met open haarden, ideaal voor familiebijeenkomsten of ontmoetingen met vrienden, en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geweldig weekend plezier dankzij een ongelooflijk scala aan spellen: tafeltennis, jeu de boules, sjoelbak, speedbal, molkky, schommelstructuur, glijbaan, zandbak, arcadespel, tafelvoetbal, bordspellen en, voor de nostalgici, het pièce d'anthologie: een flipperkast die een grote hit was tijdens ons verblijf. Onberispelijk schoon, wij zijn uw buren en heten u van harte welkom. Casa rural con encanto de época, en el corazón de un pueblo, un poco aislado pero con los comercios necesarios a sólo 4 km. 5 habitaciones, de las cuales dos muy grandes con una capacidad total para 12 personas, cocina funcional, gran salón con chimeneas, ideal para reuniones familiares o con amigos, y todo lo necesario para un gran fin de semana de diversión gracias a una increíble gama de juegos: ping-pong, petanca, shuffleboard, speed-ball, molkky, estructura de columpios, tobogán, arenero, juego arcade, futbolín, juegos de mesa y, para los nostálgicos, la pièce d'anthologie: un pinball que fue todo un éxito durante nuestra estancia.
