L'aire est située non loin de l'abbaye cistercienne dans un cadre reposant et romantique, à proximité directe de plusieurs restaurants. L'abbaye de Longpont est ouverte à la visite entre le 15 juin et le 30 septembre (voir conditions d'ouverture sur www.abbayedelongpont.fr).
