Deux interprètes se partagent la scène et livrent au public une part de leur biographie personnelle. Tous deux artistes, il et elle rêvent d’incarner sur les planches des figures célèbres comme Tchekhov ou Jeanne d’Arc. L’histoire se développe sur dans de constants va- et-vient entre la réalité de la vie et la fiction d’une pièce de théâtre. Il naît de cette expérience scénique une pièce drôle et touchante, construite dans un dialogue direct avec le public entre récit intime et engagement collectif.

Pièce Commune / Volksstu¨ck Created for the IN 2025 touring Avignon Festival, La lettre is a tender, committed tribute to the vitality of contemporary popular theater. Two performers share the stage and deliver to the audience a part of their personal biography. Both artists, they dream of playing famous figures such as Chekhov or Joan of Arc on stage. The story unfolds in a constant back-and-forth between the reality of life and the fiction of a play. The result is a play that is both funny and touching, built on a direct dialogue with the audience between intimate storytelling and collective commitment.

Pièce Commune / Volksstu¨ck La lettre ist eine zärtliche und engagierte Hommage an die Vitalität eines aktuellen Volkstheaters und eine Uraufführung des Festivals von Avignon IN 2025 für das Roaming. Zwei Darsteller teilen sich die Bühne und geben dem Publikum einen Teil ihrer persönlichen Biografie preis. Beide sind Künstler und träumen davon, berühmte Figuren wie Tschechow oder Jeanne d'Arc auf der Bühne zu verkörpern. Die Geschichte entwickelt sich in einem ständigen Hin und Her zwischen der Realität des Lebens und der Fiktion eines Theaterstücks. Aus dieser Bühnenerfahrung entsteht ein witziges und berührendes Stück, das in einem direkten Dialog mit dem Publikum zwischen intimer Erzählung und kollektivem Engagement aufgebaut ist.

Gemeentehuis / Volksstu¨ck La lettre, gecreëerd voor het Festival van Avignon IN 2025, is een teder en geëngageerd eerbetoon aan de vitaliteit van het hedendaagse volkstheater. Twee performers delen het podium en vertellen het publiek een deel van hun persoonlijke biografie. Beide artiesten dromen ervan om beroemde figuren als Tsjechov of Jeanne d'Arc op het podium te spelen. Het verhaal ontwikkelt zich in een constant heen-en-weer gaan tussen de realiteit van het leven en de fictie van een toneelstuk. Het resultaat is een toneelstuk dat zowel grappig als ontroerend is, opgebouwd rond een directe dialoog met het publiek tussen intieme vertellingen en collectieve betrokkenheid.

Dos intérpretes comparten escenario y cuentan al público una parte de su biografía personal. Ambos artistas, sueñan con interpretar sobre el escenario a personajes célebres como Chéjov o Juana de Arco. La historia se desarrolla en un constante vaivén entre la realidad de la vida y la ficción de una obra de teatro. El resultado es una obra a la vez divertida y conmovedora, construida en torno a un diálogo directo con el público entre la narración íntima y el compromiso colectivo.

Due interpreti condividono il palco e raccontano al pubblico una parte della loro biografia personale. Entrambi artisti, sognano di interpretare sul palcoscenico personaggi famosi come Cechov o Giovanna d'Arco. La storia si sviluppa in un costante tira e molla tra la realtà della vita e la finzione di un'opera teatrale. Il risultato è uno spettacolo divertente e commovente, costruito intorno a un dialogo diretto con il pubblico tra narrazione intima e impegno collettivo.
