L'estran, la zone de balancement des marées, est alternativement recouvert par la mer et exposé à l'air. C’est un lieu propice à un écosystème très spécifique, adapté à la fois aux conditions maritimes, capable de résister à la force des vagues et des courants, mais aussi aux conditions aériennes et aux effets de la déshydratation et des UV à marée basse. Découvrez donc au cours de votre balade le phénomène des marées mais aussi cette flore et faune exceptionnelles associées à ce milieu si particulier.
