Se séparer de nos membres obsolètes en faveur d’une évolution technologique et artistique, et pourquoi pas ? Karim Randé, amputé d’un pied suite à un accident acrobatique, s’est posé la question : est-ce qu’on gagne à perdre un peu de soi ? Au-delà du corps, qu’est-ce qui ne reviendra plus ? Quelle poésie dans l’enlacement solidaire de deux corps aux possibles différents ? Il a pesé le pour et le contre, a testé toutes les prothèses imaginables et en a créé d’autres : voici son spectacle, son contre-pied artistique aux préjugés des handicaps physiques. Karim Randé, a foot amputee following an acrobatic accident, asked himself the question: do we gain by losing a little of ourselves? Beyond the body, what will never come back? How poetic is the intertwining of two bodies with different possibilities? He weighed up the pros and cons, tested every conceivable prosthesis and created his own: this is his show, his artistic counterpoint to the prejudices of physical handicaps. Sich von unseren veralteten Gliedmaßen zugunsten einer technologischen und künstlerischen Entwicklung zu trennen, warum nicht? Karim Randé, dem nach einem Akrobatikunfall ein Fuß amputiert wurde, stellte sich die Frage: Gewinnt man, wenn man ein Stück von sich selbst verliert? Was kommt über den Körper hinaus nicht mehr zurück? Welche Poesie steckt in der solidarischen Umarmung zweier Körper mit unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten? Er hat die Vor- und Nachteile abgewogen, alle erdenklichen Prothesen getestet und neue entwickelt: Dies ist seine Aufführung, sein künstlerischer Gegenpol zu den Vorurteilen gegenüber körperlichen Behinderungen. Karim Randé, geamputeerd aan zijn voet na een acrobatisch ongeluk, stelde zichzelf de vraag: winnen we erbij een stukje van onszelf te verliezen? Buiten het lichaam, wat komt er nooit meer terug? Welke poëzie zit er in de verstrengeling van twee lichamen met verschillende mogelijkheden? Hij woog de voor- en nadelen af, testte elke denkbare prothese en creëerde zijn eigen prothese: dit is zijn show, zijn artistieke tegenwicht tegen de vooroordelen rond lichamelijke handicaps. Más allá del cuerpo, ¿qué es lo que nunca volverá? ¿Qué poesía hay en el entrelazamiento de dos cuerpos con posibilidades diferentes? Sopesó los pros y los contras, probó todas las prótesis imaginables y creó la suya propia: éste es su espectáculo, su contrapunto artístico a los prejuicios que rodean a las discapacidades físicas. Karim Randé, amputato di un piede in seguito a un incidente acrobatico, si è posto la domanda: ci guadagniamo a perdere un po' di noi stessi? Al di là del corpo, cosa non tornerà mai più? Che poesia c'è nell'intreccio di due corpi con possibilità diverse? Ha valutato i pro e i contro, ha provato tutte le protesi immaginabili e ha creato la sua: questo è il suo spettacolo, il suo contrappunto artistico ai pregiudizi che circondano le disabilità fisiche.
