L'association "Les Amis de Sally la Salamandre" a cœur de promouvoir le respect et la connaissance de la forêt, le partage de savoir-faire et de moments de vivre ensemble dans la convivialité, le tout dans un esprit ludique ! Au programme : – À partir de 10h : Autour de la forêt. Expo/rencontre/atelier avec artisans et associations liées à la valorisation, la protection et la découverte de la forêt. – 16h30 : Un temps pour soi à partager avec Éveil du souffle. Atelier d'initiation au Yoga et au Do-in (auto-massage énergétique-séance 30 à 45 minutes). – 18h30 : Harmonie avec Babette Gazeau. Une balade musicale, un voyage enchanté. – 19h30 : Apéritif et auberge espagnole. – 21h : Karaoké-poésie suivi du spectacle chorégraphique « FOREST » par la compagnie Kinarta . « Une ode au végétal, à ses mystères et à sa sagesse millénaire ».
