Participez à la Nuit du Droit 2025 organisée par la cour d’appel de Limoges et ses partenaires, autour d’une thématique inédite : la place de l’animal dans le système judiciaire. La soirée s’ouvrira avec « La justice a du chien », mêlant démonstrations et témoignages autour des chiens d’assistance et d’investigation. Elle se poursuivra avec une table ronde : « L’animal sera-t-il un justiciable comme les autres ? », où magistrats, avocats et universitaires débattront du droit animal et de la personnalité juridique de l’animal, en interaction avec le public. Take part in the Nuit du Droit 2025, organized by the Limoges Court of Appeal and its partners, around a unique theme: the place of animals in the legal system. The evening will open with "La justice a du chien", featuring demonstrations and testimonials about assistance and investigation dogs. This will be followed by a round-table discussion: "Will the animal be a litigant like any other?", where magistrates, lawyers and academics will debate animal law and the legal personality of the animal, in interaction with the audience.

Nehmen Sie an der Nacht des Rechts 2025 teil, die vom Berufungsgericht Limoges und seinen Partnern organisiert wird und sich mit einem neuen Thema befasst: dem Platz des Tieres im Justizsystem. Der Abend wird mit der Veranstaltung "La justice a du chien" (Die Justiz hat Hunde) eröffnet, bei der Vorführungen und Erfahrungsberichte über Assistenz- und Ermittlungshunde gezeigt werden. Im Anschluss daran findet eine Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema "Ist das Tier ein Rechtssubjekt wie jedes andere?" statt.

Neem deel aan de Nuit du Droit 2025, georganiseerd door het Hof van Beroep van Limoges en haar partners, rond een origineel thema: de plaats van dieren in het rechtssysteem. De avond wordt geopend met "La justice a du chien", met demonstraties en getuigenissen over hulp- en opsporingshonden. Dit wordt gevolgd door een rondetafelgesprek getiteld "Wordt het dier een procespartij als ieder ander? waar rechters, advocaten en academici zullen debatteren over dierenrecht en de rechtspersoonlijkheid van het dier, in interactie met het publiek.

La velada se abrirá con "La justice a du chien", con demostraciones y testimonios sobre perros de asistencia e investigación. A continuación tendrá lugar una mesa redonda titulada "¿Será el animal un litigante como los demás? en la que jueces, abogados y universitarios debatirán sobre el derecho de los animales y su personalidad jurídica, en interacción con el público.

La serata si aprirà con "La justice a du chien", con dimostrazioni e testimonianze sui cani da assistenza e da investigazione. Seguirà una tavola rotonda dal titolo "L'animale sarà un contendente come gli altri?", in cui giudici, avvocati e accademici discuteranno di diritto animale e della personalità giuridica dell'animale, in interazione con il pubblico.
