Les Berger habitent au sixième et dernier étage d’un immeuble parisien. Ils s’y sentent bien, tellement bien qu’ils aimeraient agrandir leur espace et rêvent de récupérer l’appartement des Tissandier, leurs sympathiques voisins et amis du cinquième afin de se créer un joli duplex. Mais les Tissandier sont heureux dans leur appartement et ne comptent pas déménager. Comment faire alors ? Il ne reste aux Berger qu’une seule alternative : utiliser tous les moyens possibles pour arriver à leur fin !

The Berger family live on the sixth and top floor of a Parisian apartment building. They feel comfortable there, so much so that they would like to enlarge their space and dream of taking over the apartment of the Tissandiers, their friendly neighbors and friends on the fifth floor, in order to create a lovely duplex. But the Tissandiers are happy in their apartment and have no intention of moving. So how do they go about it? The Berger family is left with only one alternative: use any means possible to achieve their goal!

Die Bergers wohnen im sechsten und letzten Stock eines Pariser Wohnhauses. Sie fühlen sich dort so wohl, dass sie gerne mehr Platz hätten und davon träumen, die Wohnung der Tissandiers, ihrer freundlichen Nachbarn und Freunde aus dem fünften Stock, zu übernehmen, um sich eine hübsche Maisonettewohnung einzurichten. Aber die Tissandiers sind glücklich in ihrer Wohnung und haben nicht vor, umzuziehen. Was sollen sie also tun? Den Bergers bleibt nur eine Alternative: Sie müssen alle möglichen Mittel einsetzen, um ihr Ziel zu erreichen!

De familie Berger woont op de zesde en bovenste verdieping van een Parijs flatgebouw. Ze voelen zich er op hun gemak, zo goed zelfs dat ze hun woonruimte willen uitbreiden en ervan dromen om de flat van de Tissandiers, hun vriendelijke buren en vrienden op de vijfde verdieping, over te nemen om er een mooi duplexappartement van te maken. Maar de Tissandiers zijn gelukkig in hun flat en zijn niet van plan om te verhuizen. Dus wat kunnen ze doen? De familie Berger heeft maar één alternatief: alle mogelijke middelen gebruiken om hun doel te bereiken!

La familia Berger vive en el sexto y último piso de un bloque de apartamentos de París. Se sienten a gusto allí, tanto que les gustaría ampliar su espacio vital y sueñan con ocupar el piso de los Tissandier, sus simpáticos vecinos y amigos del quinto piso, para crear un bonito apartamento dúplex. Pero los Tissandier son felices en su piso y no tienen intención de mudarse. ¿Qué pueden hacer? A la familia Berger sólo le queda una alternativa: ¡utilizar cualquier medio para conseguir su objetivo!

Si sentono a loro agio, tanto che vorrebbero ampliare il loro spazio abitativo e sognano di rilevare l'appartamento dei Tissandier, i loro simpatici vicini e amici del quinto piano, per creare un grazioso appartamento duplex. Ma i Tissandier sono felici nel loro appartamento e non hanno intenzione di trasferirsi. Quindi cosa possono fare? Alla famiglia Berger non resta che un'opzione: utilizzare qualsiasi mezzo per raggiungere il loro obiettivo!
