Venez découvrir l’Escargot du Lison ! Marjorie vous accompagnera dans son exploitation agricole dédiée aux escargots ! Vous découvrirez leur univers, leur cycle de vie, de la reproduction à la transformation. En Juillet-Août, elle vous ouvre ses portes gratuitement tous les mardis et vendredis à 18h00. A la fin de la visite vous aurez la possibilité de déguster les produits de l’exploitation en coquille ou en fromentine avec farce au choix (moutarde à l’ancienne et comté d’Amancey, brebis de Bolandoz, aïl des ours, beurre de Fertans avec sa persillade) : supplément obligatoire et sur réservation de 10€ la douzaine.

Come and discover the Escargot du Lison! Marjorie will take you on a tour of her snail farm! You'll discover their world, their life cycle, from reproduction to processing. In July and August, she opens her doors to you free of charge every Tuesday and Friday at 6pm. At the end of the visit, you'll have the chance to sample the farm's products in shell or in fromentine with your choice of stuffing (old-fashioned mustard and comté d'Amancey, Bolandoz ewe's milk, Bear's garlic, Fertans butter with parsley): a supplement of €10 per dozen is compulsory and must be booked in advance.

Kommen Sie und entdecken Sie die "Escargot du Lison"! Marjorie wird Sie durch ihren landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb begleiten, der den Schnecken gewidmet ist! Sie werden ihre Welt und ihren Lebenszyklus von der Fortpflanzung bis zur Verarbeitung kennenlernen. Im Juli und August öffnet sie ihre Türen jeden Dienstag und Freitag um 18 Uhr kostenlos für Sie. Am Ende des Besuchs haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Produkte des Betriebs im Schneckenhaus oder als Fromentine mit Füllung nach Wahl zu probieren (Senf nach alter Art und Comté d'Amancey, Schaf aus Bolandoz, Aïl des ours, Butter aus Fertans mit ihrer Persillade): obligatorischer Zuschlag und auf Reservierung von 10 € pro Dutzend.

Kom en ontdek de Escargot du Lison! Marjorie neemt je mee op een rondleiding door haar slakkenboerderij! Je ontdekt hun wereld, hun levenscyclus, van voortplanting tot verwerking. In juli en augustus opent ze elke dinsdag en vrijdag om 18.00 uur gratis haar deuren. Aan het einde van de rondleiding kun je de producten van de boerderij proeven in de schaal of in kaas met een vulling naar keuze (ouderwetse mosterd en comté d'Amancey, Bolandoz schapenmelk, berenknoflook, Fertans boter met peterselie): verplichte toeslag (reserveren verplicht) van 10 euro per dozijn.

Nei mesi di luglio e agosto, Marjorie apre gratuitamente le sue porte tutti i martedì e i venerdì alle 18.00. Al termine della visita, potrete assaggiare i prodotti della fattoria in guscio o in formaggio con un ripieno a scelta (senape all'antica e comté d'Amancey, latte di pecora Bolandoz, aglio orsino, burro di Fertans con prezzemolo): supplemento obbligatorio (su prenotazione) di 10 euro a dozzina.
