Comment réagir, en tant qu’artiste, aux crises qui s’accumulent et aux angoisses que peut susciter l’actualité ? Le compositeur Alexandros Markeas a choisi de s’inspirer d’Aristophane pour créer « comme lui et avec lui un acte de révolte artistique qui ne renie pas la poésie, l’absurde et l’humour ». Harpiste de renom habituée aux scènes de concerts et de théâtre, Aurélie Saraf est ici entourée de trois écrans et guidée par une voix off. D’un écran à l’autre, d’une harpe à l’autre, se construit un jeu de miroir entre le réel et le virtuel. Du minimalisme à l’effet de masse créé par la vidéo, la virtuosité des timbres et des modes de jeu nous entraine vers une poétique de l’excès dans une énergie débordante. Composer Alexandros Markeas drew his inspiration from Aristophanes to create "like him and with him, an act of artistic revolt that does not deny poetry, the absurd and humor". A renowned harpist accustomed to concert and theater stages, Aurélie Saraf is surrounded by three screens and guided by a voice-over. From one screen to the next, from one harp to the next, a play of mirrors is constructed between the real and the virtual. From minimalism to the mass effect created by video, the virtuosity of the timbres and modes of play take us towards a poetics of excess in an overflowing energy.
