Les ARCHES en JAZZ, c’est un projet culturel et éducatif élaboré par une équipe locale, destiné à fédérer un large auditoire autour du jazz et des musiques improvisées (blues, soul, musiques du monde…) à travers le Cotentin. Le souffle musical, tel que souhaite le faire vivre ce projet, ne consiste pas à plaquer des artistes et des notes sur un décor magique, mais bien à impliquer toute une population, dans sa richesse et sa diversité (habitants, résidents secondaires, touristes), en animant l’ensemble du territoire concerné. Les ARCHES en JAZZ è un progetto culturale ed educativo ideato da un'équipe locale per portare il jazz e la musica improvvisata (blues, soul, world music, ecc.) a un vasto pubblico in tutta la regione del Cotentin.
