Exposition – Vestiges, mémoires d'une faïencerie – 05-04-2025 – Sarreguemines

Les Musées de Sarreguemines ont invité Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux à exposer les oeuvres produites dans le cadre de sa résidence de création, qui s'est déroulée entre janvier et mai 2024. Céramiste et photographe itinérante, Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux s'est imprégnée de l'histoire et de l'actualité du patrimoine de Sarreguemines pour développer une riche production artistique mêlant céramique, photographie, vidéo et installations. Son travail évoque avec poésie le savoir-faire et le patrimoine bâti faïencier de notre ville en ouvrant la voie de leur réappropriation artistique.

The Museums of Sarreguemines have invited Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux to exhibit the works produced during her creative residency, which took place between January and May 2024. An itinerant ceramist and photographer, Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux has drawn on Sarreguemines' historical and current heritage to develop a rich artistic production combining ceramics, photography, video and installations. Her work poetically evokes our town's earthenware know-how and built heritage, paving the way for their artistic reappropriation.

De Musea van Sarreguemines hebben Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux uitgenodigd om de werken tentoon te stellen die ze heeft gemaakt tijdens haar creatieve residentie, die liep van januari tot mei 2024. Als reizende keramiste en fotografe heeft Mélodie Meslet-Tourneux zich verdiept in de geschiedenis en het hedendaagse erfgoed van Sarreguemines om een rijk artistiek oeuvre te ontwikkelen dat keramiek, fotografie, video en installaties combineert.
