Exposition Tapis volants – 06-08-2025 – Tulle

Cette exposition présente les travaux réalisés au cours de l'année par les tisserandes de l'atelier de tissage. Pendant plusieurs mois, elles ont appris, expérimenté et développé leurs savoir-faire autour d'un thème commun : le tapis volant. Chacune a interprété ce thème à sa manière, en jouant avec les matières, les formes et les techniques du tissage. Le résultat est une série de pièces originales, qui se déploie au sein du cloître de la cathédrale de Tulle.

This exhibition showcases the work produced over the course of the year by the weavers in the weaving workshop. For several months, they learned, experimented and developed their skills around a common theme: the flying carpet. Each weaver interpreted this theme in her own way, playing with materials, shapes and weaving techniques. The result is a series of original pieces, displayed in the cloister of Tulle Cathedral.

Diese Ausstellung zeigt die Arbeiten, die im Laufe des Jahres von den Weberinnen der Webereiwerkstatt angefertigt wurden. Mehrere Monate lang lernten, experimentierten und entwickelten sie ihre Fertigkeiten rund um ein gemeinsames Thema: den fliegenden Teppich. Jede interpretierte dieses Thema auf ihre Weise, indem sie mit Materialien, Formen und Webtechniken spielte. Das Ergebnis ist eine Reihe von Originalstücken, die sich im Kreuzgang der Kathedrale von Tulle entfalten.

Deze tentoonstelling toont het werk dat de wevers in de loop van het jaar in de weefwerkplaats hebben gemaakt. Gedurende enkele maanden hebben ze geleerd, geëxperimenteerd en hun vaardigheden ontwikkeld rond een gemeenschappelijk thema: het vliegende tapijt. Elke weefster interpreteerde het thema op haar eigen manier en speelde met materialen, vormen en weeftechnieken. Het resultaat is een reeks originele stukken, tentoongesteld in de kloostergang van de kathedraal van Tulle.

Esta exposición muestra el trabajo realizado a lo largo del año por las tejedoras del taller de tejido. Durante varios meses han estado aprendiendo, experimentando y desarrollando sus habilidades en torno a un tema común: la alfombra voladora. Cada tejedora ha interpretado el tema a su manera, jugando con los materiales, las formas y las técnicas de tejido. El resultado es una serie de piezas originales, expuestas en el claustro de la catedral de Tulle.

Questa mostra presenta il lavoro prodotto nel corso dell'anno dalle tessitrici del laboratorio di tessitura. Per diversi mesi hanno imparato, sperimentato e sviluppato le loro abilità attorno a un tema comune: il tappeto volante. Ogni tessitrice ha interpretato il tema a modo suo, giocando con i materiali, le forme e le tecniche di tessitura. Il risultato è una serie di pezzi originali, esposti nel chiostro della Cattedrale di Tulle.
