Elle portait encore – du moins à mes yeux d’enfant – une robe faite de la clarté blanche des étoiles ; autour de sa tête s’enroulait une guirlande de verdure où brûlait des fleurs de lumière, et elle éveillait toujours les dormeurs en leur présentant un pot rempli d’une boisson chaude et parfumée." She still wore – at least in my childish eyes – a dress made of the white light of the stars; around her head was a garland of greenery with burning flowers of light, and she always woke up the sleepers by presenting them with a pot filled with a warm, fragrant drink." The evening begins at 6.30pm with an opening performance of music, poetry… or another surprise, followed at 7pm by the musical tale, and at the end the bar remains open for a convivial moment over mulled wine and cinnamon buns.
