Cercle de tambours – 11-06-2025 – Chapaize

Cercle de tambour et soin collectif. Se relier les uns aux autres, à la nature et à soi avec les tambours. Le cercle de tambours est une pratique au son des tambours qui nous invite à lâcher prise et à nous relier à notre nature profonde. C’est une pratique sacrée qui permet d'avancer sur notre chemin de guérison. Pratique en intérieur ouverte à toutes et tous. Il y a quelques tambours et des hochets à disposition. Venir avec un tapis, un plaid, une bouteille d’eau, un stylo, de quoi noter (carnet ou autre), votre tambour ou hochet si vous en avez un et un objet à poser sur l'autel en offrande aux esprits !

Drum circle and collective care. Connect to each other, to nature and to yourself with the drums. The drum circle is a drumming practice that invites us to let go and connect with our deepest nature. It's a sacred practice that allows us to move forward on our healing path. This indoor practice is open to everyone. There are a few drums and rattles available. Come with a mat, a blanket, a bottle of water, a pen, something to write down (notebook or other), your drum or rattle if you have one, and an object to place on the altar as an offering to the spirits!

Trommelkreis und Gruppenpflege. Sich mit Trommeln miteinander, mit der Natur und mit sich selbst verbinden. Der Trommelkreis ist eine Praxis zum Klang der Trommeln, die uns dazu einlädt, loszulassen und uns mit unserer innersten Natur zu verbinden. Es ist eine heilige Praxis, die uns auf unserem Weg der Heilung voranbringt. Diese Praxis in geschlossenen Räumen ist für alle offen. Es stehen einige Trommeln und Rasseln zur Verfügung. Bringen Sie eine Matte, eine Decke, eine Flasche Wasser, einen Stift, etwas zum Schreiben (Notizbuch oder ähnliches), Ihre Trommel oder Rassel, wenn Sie eine haben, und einen Gegenstand mit, den Sie als Opfergabe für die Geister auf den Altar legen können!

De drumcirkel is een drumoefening die ons uitnodigt om los te laten en ons te verbinden met onze diepste natuur. Het is een heilige oefening die ons in staat stelt om verder te gaan op ons helende pad. Deze binnenoefening is voor iedereen toegankelijk. Er zijn een paar trommels en ratels beschikbaar. Kom met een mat, een deken, een fles water, een pen, iets om op te schrijven (notitieblok of iets anders), je trommel of rammelaar als je die hebt, en een voorwerp om op het altaar te leggen als offer aan de geesten!

El círculo de tambores es una práctica de percusión que nos invita a dejarnos llevar y a conectar con nuestra naturaleza más profunda. Es una práctica sagrada que nos permite avanzar en nuestro camino de sanación. Esta práctica en interior está abierta a todos. Hay algunos tambores y sonajas disponibles. Ven con una esterilla, una manta, una botella de agua, un bolígrafo, algo para anotar (cuaderno u otro), tu tambor o sonajero si tienes uno, ¡y un objeto para colocar en el altar como ofrenda a los espíritus!

Il drum circle è una pratica di percussione che ci invita a lasciarci andare e a connetterci con la nostra natura più profonda. È una pratica sacra che ci permette di avanzare nel nostro percorso di guarigione. Questa pratica al chiuso è aperta a tutti. Sono disponibili alcuni tamburi e sonagli. Venite con un tappetino, una coperta, una bottiglia d'acqua, una penna, qualcosa da scrivere (taccuino o altro), il vostro tamburo o sonaglio se ne avete uno e un oggetto da mettere sull'altare come offerta agli spiriti!
