Atelier Initiation Sonore – 21-06-2025 – Chapaize

Il s’agit d’un atelier d’une durée d’environ une 1h30 (cette durée est adaptable). Il faut également compter une demi-heure pour l’installation et le rangement. Cet atelier se compose de quatre temps forts : * Voyage sonore : écouter et ressentir la musique et ses vibrations pendant un temps calme installé confortablement assis ou allongé * Présentation des différents instruments : présentation de chaque instrument accompagné d’une démonstration * Découverte des instruments : chacune et chacun des participants(es) pourront prendre en main, s’approprier et jouer avec les différents instruments mis à disposition * Jam session : une improvisation collective sur un rythme de tambour où chacune et chacun est invité à jouer de manière intuitive, avec ses émotions, et dans l’écoute des autres, en utilisant un ou plusieurs instruments. Je mets à disposition des participants(es) une trentaine d’instruments de musique du monde. Par l’écoute, vous pourrez découvrir les sons mais aussi ressentir les vibrations de ces instruments. Vous pourrez jouer avec ces instruments et laisser s’exprimer votre créativité et vos émotions. Cet atelier s'adresse à tout public à partir de 8 ans

The workshop lasts approximately 1? hours (this time is flexible). It also takes half an hour to set up and tidy up. The workshop is divided into four parts: * Sound journey: listen to and feel the music and its vibrations during a quiet time in a comfortable seated or lying position. * Presentation of the different instruments: each instrument is presented and demonstrated. * Discovering the instruments: each participant will be able to pick up and play the different instruments available. * Jam session: a collective improvisation to the beat of a drum, in which each participant is invited to play intuitively, with his or her emotions and listening to others, using one or more instruments. I'll be making around thirty world music instruments available to participants. By listening, you can discover the sounds and feel the vibrations of these instruments. You'll be able to play with these instruments and let your creativity and emotions flow. This workshop is open to everyone aged 8 and over.

Dies ist ein Workshop mit einer Dauer von etwa 1,5 Stunden (die Dauer kann angepasst werden). Sie sollten auch eine halbe Stunde für den Aufbau und das Aufräumen einplanen. Der Workshop besteht aus vier Schwerpunkten: * Klangreise: Hören und Fühlen der Musik und ihrer Schwingungen während einer ruhigen, bequem sitzenden oder liegenden Zeit. * Vorstellung der verschiedenen Instrumente: Vorstellung jedes Instruments, begleitet von einer Demonstration. * Entdeckung der Instrumente: Jede und jeder der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer kann die verschiedenen zur Verfügung gestellten Instrumente in die Hand nehmen, sich aneignen und mit ihnen spielen. * Jam Session: Eine kollektive Improvisation zu einem Trommelrhythmus, bei der jede/r eingeladen ist, intuitiv, mit ihren/seinen Emotionen und im Zuhören mit den anderen zu spielen und dabei ein oder mehrere Instrumente zu verwenden. Ich stelle den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern etwa dreißig Instrumente der Weltmusik zur Verfügung. Durch Zuhören können Sie die Klänge entdecken, aber auch die Vibrationen dieser Instrumente spüren. Sie können mit diesen Instrumenten spielen und Ihrer Kreativität und Ihren Emotionen freien Lauf lassen. Dieser Workshop richtet sich an alle ab 8 Jahren.

De workshop duurt ongeveer 1 uur (deze tijd is flexibel). Het duurt ook een half uur om op te zetten en op te ruimen. De workshop is verdeeld in vier delen: * Klankreis: luisteren naar en voelen van de muziek en haar trillingen tijdens een rustige tijd in een comfortabele zittende of liggende positie * Introductie van de verschillende instrumenten: elk instrument wordt gepresenteerd en gedemonstreerd * Ontdekking van de instrumenten: elke deelnemer kan de verschillende instrumenten oppakken, zich eigen maken en ermee spelen * Jamsessie: een collectieve improvisatie op de maat van een trommel waarbij elke deelnemer wordt uitgenodigd om intuïtief te spelen, met zijn of haar emoties en luisterend naar anderen, met behulp van een of meer instrumenten. Ik voorzie deelnemers van een dertigtal wereldmuziekinstrumenten. Door te luisteren kun je de klanken ontdekken en de trillingen van deze instrumenten voelen. Je kunt met deze instrumenten spelen en je creativiteit en emoties laten stromen. Deze workshop is toegankelijk voor iedereen vanaf 8 jaar

El taller durará aproximadamente una hora y media (este tiempo es flexible). También se necesita media hora para montarlo y recogerlo. El taller se divide en cuatro partes: * Viaje sonoro: escucha y siente la música y sus vibraciones durante un tiempo de silencio en una posición cómoda, sentado o tumbado * Presentación de los instrumentos: presentación y demostración de cada instrumento * Descubrimiento de los instrumentos: cada participante podrá coger, apropiarse y tocar con los diferentes instrumentos disponibles * Jam session: una improvisación colectiva al ritmo de un tambor, donde se invita a cada participante a tocar intuitivamente, con sus emociones y escuchando a los demás, utilizando uno o varios instrumentos. Pongo a disposición de los participantes una treintena de instrumentos de músicas del mundo. Escuchando, podrán descubrir los sonidos y sentir las vibraciones de estos instrumentos. Puedes tocar con estos instrumentos y dejar fluir tu creatividad y tus emociones. Este taller está abierto a todos los mayores de 8 años

Il workshop durerà circa 1 ora (l'orario è flessibile). È inoltre necessaria mezz'ora per l'allestimento e il riordino. Il laboratorio è diviso in quattro parti: * Viaggio sonoro: si ascolta e si sente la musica e le sue vibrazioni durante un momento di tranquillità in una posizione comoda, seduti o sdraiati * Introduzione ai diversi strumenti: ogni strumento viene presentato e dimostrato * Scoperta degli strumenti: ogni partecipante potrà prendere in mano, appropriarsi e suonare i diversi strumenti a disposizione * Jam session: un'improvvisazione collettiva a ritmo di tamburo, in cui ogni partecipante è invitato a suonare intuitivamente, con le proprie emozioni e ascoltando gli altri, utilizzando uno o più strumenti. Metto a disposizione dei partecipanti una trentina di strumenti di world music. Ascoltando, si possono scoprire i suoni e sentire le vibrazioni di questi strumenti. Si può suonare con questi strumenti e lasciar fluire la propria creatività e le proprie emozioni. Questo laboratorio è aperto a tutti, a partire dagli 8 anni
