L’anthropologue et cuisinier Daniele De Michele mène depuis près de vingt ans une enquête passionnée sur notre rapport à la cuisine familiale et quotidienne. Depuis son plan de travail, il prépare sa spécialité et mijote un savoureux mélange d’autofiction, de documentaire, d’archives intimes et de portraits filmés. Il célèbre les savoir-faire transmis, les histoires de famille et tout ce qu’un repas révèle de notre société. Consolo tisse avec finesse les liens entre cuisine et politique, goût et mémoire, écologie et convivialité. Une table ouverte sur le monde, tendre, drôle et engagée, à déguster avec curiosité ! Ce spectacle sera suivi d’une proposition des élèves du Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC) à découvrir autour d’un repas inclus dans le prix du billet.

For almost twenty years, anthropologist and chef Daniele De Michele has been conducting a passionate investigation into our relationship with family and everyday cooking. From the comfort of his own kitchen, he prepares his specialty in a tasty blend of autofiction, documentary, intimate archives and filmed portraits. He celebrates handed-down know-how, family histories and all that a meal reveals about our society. Consolo finely weaves the links between cuisine and politics, taste and memory, ecology and conviviality. A table open to the world, tender, funny and committed, to be savored with curiosity! The show will be followed by a proposal from students at the Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC), to be enjoyed over a meal included in the price of the ticket.

Der Anthropologe und Koch Daniele De Michele führt seit fast zwanzig Jahren eine leidenschaftliche Untersuchung über unsere Beziehung zur Familien- und Alltagsküche durch. An seinem Arbeitsplatz bereitet er seine Spezialität vor und kocht eine köstliche Mischung aus Autofiktion, Dokumentarfilm, intimen Archiven und Filmporträts. Er zelebriert überlieferte Fertigkeiten, Familiengeschichten und alles, was eine Mahlzeit über unsere Gesellschaft verrät. Consolo webt auf raffinierte Weise die Verbindungen zwischen Küche und Politik, Geschmack und Erinnerung, Ökologie und Geselligkeit. Ein weltoffener, zärtlicher, lustiger und engagierter Tisch, den man mit Neugierde genießen sollte…! Im Anschluss an die Aufführung folgt ein Vorschlag von Schülern des Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC), der bei einem im Eintrittspreis enthaltenen Essen entdeckt werden kann.

Hij bereidt zijn specialiteit vanuit zijn eigen keuken, met een smakelijke mix van autofictie, documentaire, intieme archieven en gefilmde portretten. Hij viert de vaardigheden die worden doorgegeven, familieverhalen en alles wat een maaltijd onthult over onze samenleving. Consolo verweeft fijnzinnig de verbanden tussen keuken en politiek, smaak en herinnering, ecologie en gezelligheid. Een tafel die openstaat voor de wereld, teder, grappig en geëngageerd, om met nieuwsgierigheid van te genieten! De show wordt gevolgd door een voorstelling van studenten van het Centre National des Arts du Cirque (CNAC), die worden genuttigd tijdens een maaltijd die bij de prijs van het ticket is inbegrepen.
