Salon du chocolat, des plaisirs et du whiskey 7 et 8 mars 2026 de 10h à 19h Salle des fêtes de Millau Entrée 3 euros ( gratuit – de 10 ans) Organisé par le Rotary Club de Millau Chocolats artisanaux, noirs, au lait, blancs… créations sucrées et whiskys sélectionnés avaient dès le départ attiré de nombreux gourmands et curieux depuis sa première édition, le Salon du Chocolat, des gourmandises et du whisky a rencontré un large succès auprès du public. L’édition 2026, toujours portée par le Rotary Club de Millau s’inscrira dans la continuité des précédentes. Les visiteurs retrouveront notamment l’animation de maquillage au chocolat, ainsi que les incontournables, comme les fontaines à chocolat. Tout au long des deux journées, ateliers et démonstrations autour du chocolat seront proposés par l’école hôtelière Sacré-Cœur de Saint-Chély-d’Apcher pour les pâtissiers experts ou les débutants. Le salon réunira à nouveau 37 participants exposants, parmi lesquels des artisans renommés de Millau, comme les pâtisseries Saint-Jacques et Favey, mais aussi des créateurs gourmands venus d’ailleurs. Une buvette ainsi qu’un espace de restauration sur place, avec une offre de type brasserie et hamburgers, permettront au public de prolonger la visite dans une ambiance conviviale.Une dimension solidaire Comme pour l’ensemble des manifestations organisées par le Rotary Club de Millau, le salon conservera une dimension solidaire. L’intégralité des bénéfices sera reversée à des associations caritatives locales, engagées dans différentes causes.

A refreshment area and on-site catering, featuring brasserie-style food and hamburgers, will enable the public to extend their visit in a convivial atmosphere.A dimension of solidarity As with all events organized by the Rotary Club of Millau, the show will have a solidarity dimension. All profits will be donated to local charities involved in various causes.

Die Ausgabe 2026, die weiterhin vom Rotary Club Millau getragen wird, wird die Kontinuität der vorherigen Ausgaben fortsetzen. Die Besucher werden insbesondere die Schokoladenschminkanimation und die unumgänglichen Schokoladenbrunnen wiedersehen. Die Hotelfachschule Sacré-C?ur in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher bietet an beiden Tagen Workshops und Vorführungen rund um die Schokolade für erfahrene Patissiers und Anfänger an. Auf der Messe werden wieder 37 Aussteller vertreten sein, darunter bekannte Kunsthandwerker aus Millau, wie die Konditoreien Saint-Jacques und Favey, aber auch Gourmet-Kreative aus anderen Ländern. Ein Imbissstand und ein Restaurantbereich mit einem Angebot im Stil einer Brasserie und von Hamburgern ermöglichen es dem Publikum, den Besuch in einer geselligen Atmosphäre zu verlängern.Eine solidarische Dimension Wie bei allen Veranstaltungen, die vom Rotary Club Millau organisiert werden, hat die Messe eine solidarische Dimension. L'edizione 2026, sempre sostenuta dal Rotary Club di Millau, seguirà le orme dei suoi predecessori. I visitatori potranno assistere all'animazione del trucco del cioccolato e alle tradizionali fontane di cioccolato.
