Vignoble Le Clos des Chaumes – La Couture

En 1955, le grand-père de Fabien Murail, René Crépeau commence une activité viticole en plantant 1 hectare de vigne. Puis, son père, Gustave Murail va développer l’exploitation en augmentant la surface viticole à 11 hectares avec principalement des cépages Rosé et Rouge. Aujourd'hui, l'histoire continue avec Fabien, formé au métier et riche de multiples expériences dans différents vignobles de France. Il a introduit de nouveaux cépages Blancs (Chenin-Chardonnay) et a relancé le vignoble du Château Brédurière. Ils s'appellent : Jadis, Amuse-gueule, Convoitise ou simplement Le clos des chaumes, du rouge au rosé en passant par le blanc et le mousseux, tous les vins sont authentiques et subtils. En hiver, le chai est ouvert sur RDV. L'été, profitez des balades en voiture marathon, menée par Cédrine et tirée par ses acolytes, Athos ou Tara, pour découvrir l'environnement viticole et déguster les produits de la propriété lors de la "Balade gourmande autour des Fiefs Vendéens.

In 1955, Fabien Murail?s grandfather, René Crépeau, began the winegrowing business by planting 1 hectare of vines. His father, Gustave Murail, then developed the business, increasing the vineyard to 11 hectares, mainly planting Rosé and Red varieties. He has introduced new white grape varieties (Chenin-Chardonnay) and relaunched the Château Brédurière vineyard. In winter, the winery is open by appointment. Von Rot- über Weiß- und Schaumweinen bis hin zu Roséweinen sind alle Weine authentisch und subtil. Im Winter ist der Weinkeller auf Anfrage geöffnet. Im Sommer können Sie mit dem Marathonwagen, der von Cédrine gesteuert und von ihren Kumpanen Athos oder Tara gezogen wird, die Weinbauumgebung erkunden und die Produkte des Weinguts auf der "Balade gourmande autour des Fiefs Vendéens" probieren.
