An organic aperitif or digestif made from dandelion flowers hand-picked from the high plateaus of the Mézenc region, obtained by natural fermentation with no added alcohol. This handcrafted liqueur wine is sold direct from the farm and on short distribution circuits.

Bio-Aperitif oder -Digestif aus Löwenzahnblüten, die auf den Hochebenen des Mézenc von Hand gepflückt werden und durch natürliche Gärung ohne Zusatz von Alkohol gewonnen werden. Dieser handwerklich hergestellte Likörwein ist im Direktverkauf ab Hof und im Kurzstreckenhandel zu finden.

Een biologisch aperitief of digestief op basis van paardenbloemen die met de hand geplukt worden op de hoogvlakten van de Mézenc, verkregen door natuurlijke gisting zonder toevoeging van alcohol. Deze huisgemaakte likeurwijn wordt rechtstreeks van de boerderij en via korte distributiecircuits verkocht.
