Cette dernière est porteur d'un nouveau secteur d'activité, à savoir un pôle maraîchage en culture biologique, qui pérennise ainsi la continuité de l'esprit de l'exploitation en culture biologique dans sa totalité. L'EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE, c'est aussi une production en bovin viande avec la commercialisation de veau bio. Nous sommes autommes et n'achetons aucun intrant ! Le cheptel est entièrement alimenté via nos céréales et nos fourrages qui nous permettent de profiter d'une bonne qualité de fumure pour nos légumes.

Dieser ist Träger eines neuen Tätigkeitsbereichs, nämlich eines Gemüseanbaus in biologischem Anbau, der somit die Kontinuität des Geistes des Betriebs, der in seiner Gesamtheit biologisch bewirtschaftet wird, fortsetzt. Die EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE produziert auch Fleischrinder und vermarktet Bio-Kalbfleisch. Wir sind Eigenversorger und kaufen keine Betriebsmittel zu! Der Viehbestand wird vollständig über unser Getreide und unsere Futtermittel ernährt, wodurch wir eine gute Düngerqualität für unser Gemüse erhalten.

De EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE is de opvolger van de boerderij van Dhr. Deze laatste is de drager van een nieuwe activiteitensector, namelijk een biologische tuinbouwpool, die zo de continuïteit van de geest van het bedrijf in de biologische landbouw in zijn geheel bestendigt. EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE produceert ook vleesvee en verkoopt biologisch kalfsvlees. Wij zijn zelfvoorzienend en kopen geen inputs! Het vee wordt volledig gevoed met onze granen en voedergewassen, waardoor wij kunnen profiteren van een goede kwaliteit mest voor onze groenten.

El EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE es el sucesor de la explotación del Sr. GIRARDI Philippe, que se inscribe en un enfoque de "producción diferente". Este último es el portador de un nuevo sector de actividad, a saber, un polo de horticultura ecológica, que perpetúa así la continuidad del espíritu de la explotación en la agricultura ecológica en su totalidad. EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE también produce ganado vacuno y vende carne de ternera ecológica. Somos autosuficientes y no compramos ningún insumo El ganado se alimenta íntegramente de nuestros cereales y forrajes, lo que nos permite beneficiarnos de una buena calidad de estiércol para nuestras hortalizas.

L'EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE è il successore dell'azienda agricola del signor GIRARDI Philippe, che rientra in un approccio di "produzione diversa". Quest'ultimo è portatore di un nuovo settore di attività, ovvero un polo di orticoltura biologica, che perpetua così la continuità dello spirito dell'azienda agricola nell'agricoltura biologica in toto. EARL OH P'TIT BIO D'ELODIE produce anche bovini da carne e vende carne di vitello biologica. Siamo autosufficienti e non acquistiamo alcun fattore di produzione! Il bestiame è alimentato interamente con i nostri cereali e foraggi, il che ci permette di beneficiare di una buona qualità di concime per i nostri ortaggi.
