Domaine de 35 ha certifié Terra Vitis et en conversion BIO 3eme année. Nous produisons: Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, Mâcon Igé, Saint Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé et Bourgogne. Une grande importance est donnée au respect du terroir, à la maîtrise de la production et à l’élaboration des vins le plus naturel sur les lies. Un nouveau site de production et de dégustation voit le jour en 2019 regroupant toutes les étapes de vinification en un même endroit facilitant ainsi notre travail.

35-hectare estate with Terra Vitis certification and 3rd year of organic conversion. We produce: Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, Mâcon Igé, Saint Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé and Burgundy. Great importance is attached to respecting the terroir, controlling production and making wines as naturally as possible on the lees. A new production and tasting site is due to open in 2019, bringing together all the winemaking stages in one place and making our work easier.

35 Hektar großes Weingut, das nach Terra Vitis zertifiziert ist und sich im dritten Jahr der Umstellung auf BIO befindet. Wir produzieren: Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, Mâcon Igé, Saint Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé und Burgunder. Wir legen großen Wert auf den Respekt für das Terroir, die Kontrolle der Produktion und die natürliche Weinbereitung auf der Hefe. 2019 entsteht eine neue Produktions- und Verkostungsstätte, in der alle Phasen der Weinbereitung an einem Ort zusammengefasst werden, was unsere Arbeit erleichtert.

Er wordt veel belang gehecht aan het respecteren van het terroir, het controleren van de productie en het zo natuurlijk mogelijk maken van de wijnen op de wijnmoer. In 2019 wordt een nieuwe productie- en proeflocatie geopend, waar alle fasen van het wijnmaken op één plek worden samengebracht en ons werk wordt vergemakkelijkt.

Se concede gran importancia al respeto del terruño, al control de la producción y a la elaboración de los vinos de la forma más natural posible sobre lías. En 2019 se inaugurará un nuevo centro de producción y degustación que reunirá todas las etapas de la vinificación en un mismo lugar y facilitará nuestro trabajo.

Tenuta di 35 ettari con certificazione Terra Vitis e 3° anno di conversione biologica. Produciamo: Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, Mâcon Igé, Saint Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé e Borgogna. Grande importanza viene data al rispetto del terroir, al controllo della produzione e alla vinificazione il più naturale possibile sui lieviti. Nel 2019 è prevista l'apertura di un nuovo sito di produzione e degustazione che riunirà tutte le fasi di vinificazione in un unico luogo e faciliterà il nostro lavoro.
