Passionnée de chocolat depuis sa tendre enfance, Amélie a ouvert sa boutique à Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx en 2020. Installée dans Quartier Neuf de Saint-Martin, elle y propose une sélection de tablettes, ballotins, bouchées, bonbons… et bon nombre de gourmandises chocolatées de sa propre composition. Un artisan chocolatier à découvrir à 2 pas de Bayonne qui, ne l'oublions pas, fut le premier Port Français à commercer la fève de cacao au XVIIe siècle… Le Cacaoyer a aujourd'hui deux distinctions: le club des croqueurs de chocolats et Gault et Millau.

A chocolate enthusiast since childhood, Amélie opened her boutique in Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx in 2020. Located in Quartier Neuf de Saint-Martin, she offers a selection of tablets, ballotins, bouchées, bonbons… and many chocolate treats of her own composition. An artisan chocolatier to discover, just a stone's throw from Bayonne, which, let's not forget, was the first French port to trade cocoa beans in the 17th century… Le Cacaoyer has now won two awards: the Club des Croqueurs de Chocolats and Gault et Millau.

Amélie, die seit ihrer Kindheit eine Leidenschaft für Schokolade hat, eröffnete 2020 ihr Geschäft in Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx. Sie befindet sich im Quartier Neuf de Saint-Martin und bietet eine Auswahl an Schokoladentafeln, Ballotins, Bissen, Bonbons… und viele ihrer eigenen Schokoladenleckereien an. Ein Chocolatier, den es nur wenige Schritte von Bayonne entfernt zu entdecken gilt, das im 17. Jahrhundert der erste französische Hafen war, der mit Kakaobohnen handelte…

Amélie heeft al van jongs af aan een passie voor chocolade en opende haar winkel in Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx in 2020. Ze is gevestigd in het Quartier Neuf in Saint-Martin en biedt een selectie chocoladerepen, ballotins, hapklare pralines, bonbons… en een heleboel chocolade lekkernijen van haar eigen creatie. Een ambachtelijke chocolatier om te ontdekken op een steenworp afstand van Bayonne, dat, laten we dat niet vergeten, in de 17e eeuw de eerste Franse haven was waar cacaobonen werden verhandeld… Le Cacaoyer heeft nu twee prijzen gewonnen: de Club des Croqueurs de Chocolats en Gault et Millau.

Una chocolatería artesanal a descubrir a dos pasos de Bayona, que, no lo olvidemos, fue el primer puerto francés en comerciar con granos de cacao en el siglo XVII… Le Cacaoyer ya ha ganado dos premios: el Club des Croqueurs de Chocolats y el Gault et Millau.

Amélie ha una passione per il cioccolato fin da bambina e ha aperto il suo negozio a Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx nel 2020. Situato nel Quartier Neuf di Saint-Martin, offre una selezione di tavolette di cioccolato, ballotin, cioccolatini da mordere, bonbon… e tutta una serie di delizie al cioccolato di sua creazione. Un cioccolatiere artigianale da scoprire a due passi da Bayonne, che, non dimentichiamolo, è stato il primo porto francese a commerciare i semi di cacao nel XVII secolo… Le Cacaoyer ha vinto due premi: il Club des Croqueurs de Chocolats e Gault et Millau.
