Loïc THIERRY et Justine MARTIN se sont associés à Denis et Christophe le 1er avril 2024. Les cultures légumières Le village de Reppe est situé dans le Sundgau entre Belfort et Altkirch. Ses sols sont argileux ce qui rend la culture de primeurs plus difficile lors des printemps pluvieux. Cependant, les cultures sans irrigation permettent aux légumes de plein champ de développer leur richesses gustatives avec une pousse plus lente. Le compost est le seul apport, cet amendement permet de nourrir la plante en nourrissant le sol. Des haies variées ont été plantées afin de créer un équilibre écologique favorable. L'équipe du Biau Potager Nathalie, Estelle et Nadine sont les salariées permanents sur la ferme. Cette équipe est complétée en été par des saisonniers pour supporter la charge de travail croissante.

The Biau Potager team Nathalie, Estelle and Nadine are the farm's permanent employees. This team is supplemented in summer by seasonal workers to cope with the growing workload.
