Ferme André – Reillon

La Ferme André a un cheptel de 85 vaches allaitantes de race Limousine et une centaine d'hectares d'herbe et environ 25 de céréales et protéagineux, collectés par Probiolor. (blé, avoine, pois, triticale, seigle, épeautre,…). Vous pouvez retrouver sa production dans les colis de veau, de bœuf ou encore à l'occasion pour fournir la production de steaks hachés.

Ferme André has a herd of 85 Limousin cows and a hundred hectares of grass and about 25 hectares of cereals and protein crops, collected by Probiolor (wheat, oats, peas, triticale, rye, spelt,…). You can find its production in the veal and beef parcels or occasionally to supply the production of minced steaks.

Die Ferme André hat einen Bestand von 85 Mutterkühen der Rasse Limousine und ca. 100 Hektar Gras und ca. 25 Hektar Getreide und Eiweißpflanzen, die von Probiolor gesammelt werden (Weizen, Hafer, Erbsen, Triticale, Roggen, Dinkel,…). Sie können seine Produktion in Kalbfleisch- und Rindfleischpaketen wiederfinden oder auch gelegentlich, um die Produktion von Hacksteaks zu beliefern.

Ferme André heeft een kudde van 85 Limousin koeien en een honderd hectare gras en ongeveer 25 hectare granen en eiwithoudende gewassen, verzameld door Probiolor (tarwe, haver, erwten, triticale, rogge, spelt, enz.). De productie ervan vindt u terug in de kalfs- en rundvleespakketten of zelfs af en toe voor de productie van gehakt.

Ferme André cuenta con una cabaña de 85 vacas de raza Limusín y un centenar de hectáreas de pasto y unas 25 hectáreas de cereales y proteaginosas, recolectadas por Probiolor (trigo, avena, guisantes, triticale, centeno, espelta, etc.). Se puede encontrar su producción en las parcelas de ternera y buey o incluso ocasionalmente para abastecer la producción de filetes picados.

Ferme André dispone di una mandria di 85 vacche di razza Limousin e di un centinaio di ettari di prato e di circa 25 ettari di cereali e colture proteiche, raccolti da Probiolor (grano, avena, piselli, triticale, segale, farro, ecc.). È possibile trovare la sua produzione nei pacchi di carne di vitello e di manzo o anche occasionalmente per fornire la produzione di bistecche macinate.
