Histoire de Citrons – Menton

Le Citron de Menton se cultive dans les vergers habilités, sur le territoire de l’IGP. Il murit sur l’arbre, se récolte à la main, ne subit aucun traitement après récolte et n’est enrobé d’aucune cire, quelle qu’en soit sa composition.

Citron de Menton is grown in authorized orchards within the PGI territory. It ripens on the tree, is harvested by hand, undergoes no post-harvest treatment and is not coated with wax of any kind. Certified ORGANIC

Die Menton-Zitrone wird in Obstgärten mit entsprechender Genehmigung im Gebiet der g.g.A. angebaut. Sie reift am Baum, wird von Hand geerntet, nach der Ernte nicht behandelt und nicht mit Wachs überzogen.

Menton Citroen wordt geteeld in erkende boomgaarden binnen het BGA-gebied. De citroen rijpt aan de boom, wordt met de hand geoogst, ondergaat geen behandeling na de oogst en is op geen enkele manier bedekt met een laagje was.

El limón de Menton se cultiva en huertos autorizados de la zona IGP. Madura en el árbol, se cosecha a mano, no se somete a ningún tratamiento posterior a la cosecha y no se recubre con ningún tipo de cera.

Il limone di Mentone è coltivato in frutteti autorizzati all'interno della zona IGP. Matura sull'albero, viene raccolto a mano, non subisce alcun trattamento post-raccolta e non è ricoperto da alcun tipo di cera. Certificato BIOLOGICO
