Le domaine est mené en agriculture Biologique et la vendange est manuelle sur l'ensemble de l'exploitation afin de préserver au maximum la qualité des raisins. Les vins du Domaine des Blaquières sont le fruit d'un travail permanent d'écoute,d'observation et d'accompagnement de la vigne avec pour seul objectif la recherche de la qualité. Le domaine est composé d'une oliveraie trentenaire. Les olives sont cueillis à la main à maturité optimale afin de produire une huile d'olive biologique. Le rucher des Blaquières participe activement à la biodiversité du domaine. Les abeilles produisent d'excellents miels caractéristiques d'une flore sauvage très riche. (Attention l'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la santé, à consommer avec modération.)

Die Domäne wird biologisch bewirtschaftet und die Weinlese erfolgt auf dem gesamten Betrieb von Hand, um die Qualität der Trauben so weit wie möglich zu erhalten Die Weine der Domaine des Blaquières sind das Ergebnis einer ständigen Arbeit des Zuhörens, Beobachtens und Begleitens der Weinreben mit dem einzigen Ziel, Qualität zu erreichen Die Domäne besteht aus einem dreißigjährigen Olivenhain. Die Oliven werden bei optimaler Reife von Hand gepflückt, um ein biologisches Olivenöl zu produzieren. Der Bienenstock von Les Blaquières trägt aktiv zur Biodiversität des Weinguts bei. Die Bienen produzieren einen ausgezeichneten Honig, der für eine reiche Wildflora charakteristisch ist. (Achtung: Der Missbrauch von Alkohol ist gesundheitsschädlich und sollte in Maßen genossen werden)

Le olive vengono raccolte a mano a maturazione ottimale per produrre un olio d'oliva biologico. L'apiario di Blaquières svolge un ruolo attivo nella biodiversità della tenuta.
