Toujours heureux de faire découvrir leurs vins issus de différents terroirs, ils vous inviterons avec plaisir à descendre dans leur cave-cathédrale souterraine.

Welcome to La Chevalerie! Forming the 13th generation working on the estate, Laurie, Emmanuel and Stéphanie Caslot invite you to their underground cathedral cellar to discover their Bourgueil wines from different terroirs. Anxious to preserve the balance of the ecosystem of their vines (Cabernet Franc grape variety from 30 to 70 years old), the Caslot fraternity works according to organic and biodynamic principles. Wine is only of value if it is shared: pushing open the door of their tuffeau cellar is the promise of a few moments of conviviality, with the tasting of their inspired (Diptyque, Alcofribas, Noms d'oiseaux…) and plot-based (Peu Muleau, Grand-Mont, Chevalerie…) vintages. And for a bourgueillothérapie? Let's head for the hoeing days at the Domaine de la Chevalerie!

De gebroeders Caslot, wijnbouwers van La Chevalerie, hebben, net als hun Cabernet, altijd een glimlach op hun gezicht als ze hun klanten ontvangen, van wie velen vrienden zijn geworden.
