Depuis lors ils n'ont cessé d'embellir et d'agrandir le domaine en proposant, grâce à ses 52 hectares de vignes, un vin haut de gamme qui valorisent tout le potentiel des vins de Blaye. Avec une offre oenotouristique très développée, ils proposent un accueil chaleureux et des journées bien remplies à la découverte de la culture et des produits locaux. Château Marquis de Vauban/Château Le Cône is an 18th century estate where the Duc de Saint-Simon lived during the reign of Louis XIII. The statue of the Marquis de Vauban stands in the gardens, proudly pointing its finger at the Citadel of Blaye. The current owners acquired the Chateau in 2001, enlarged the estate and modernised production while restoring the old estate. They can be proud of the fact that they offer a complete range of wine-tourism services: guided tours of the estate and the vineyard, tastings indoors (6 €) or in the course of a wine grower’s lunch, a horse-drawn tour of the Citadel, discovery days and stays. Château Marquis de Vauban/Château Le Cone have a complete offer of services for wine vacations : guided tours of the winery and vineyard – wine tastings – lunches – horse-drawn carriage rides in the Citadelle. Camper-vans can be parked in the vineyard.

Dieses schöne Anwesen aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wurde 2001 von Herrn und Frau Macé gekauft, die das Gut seitdem unaufhörlich aufgewertet und vergrößert haben. Auf einer Weinbergsfläche von 52 Hektar erzeugen sie einen hochwertigen Wein, der das Potenzial der Weine der Appellation aufzeigt. Im Rahmen eines sehr weit entwickelten weintouristischen Angebots bieten sie einen herzlichen Empfang und erlebnisreiche Tage rund um den Weinbau und lokale Erzeugnisse. Auf dem Programm: Besichtigungen des Weinguts und Weinprobe, Winzermahlzeit auf dem Château und Spazierfahrt mit der Kutsche oder mit dem Touristenzug durch die Zitadelle von Blaye.

Desde entonces, no han dejado de embellecer y ampliar la finca, ofreciendo 52 hectáreas de viñedos y un vino de gama alta que saca a relucir todo el potencial de los vinos de Blaye.
