Le vignoble de 35 hectares est niché sur le plateau graveleux, près de l'estuaire de la Gironde. Cru Bourgeois depuis 1932, le Château Laffitte Carcasset est depuis les origines, un cru familial.

Château Laffitte Carcasset was founded in 1759 in the Carcasset area of Saint-Estèphe. In 1781, its owner Jean Laffitte, lawyer at the court and prosecutor of King Louis XVI in Bordeaux, gave his name to the Château. Located in the heart of the appellation, this beautiful 18th century Carthusian monastery is surrounded by the Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Estèphe.
