Chai Amandine et Quentin – Mézières-lez-Cléry

Ce sont les jeunes pousses de l’appellation, installés dans leur chai Amandine et Quentin à Mézières depuis 2018 sous le signe de la créativité et du goût de l’aventure. C'est au nord de la Patagonie que Quentin, alors responsable du vignoble des Coteaux de Trumao, rencontre Amandine et s’est passionné pour la biodynamie. De retour en Orléanais, le jeune couple poursuit cette expérience pleine de sens d’une viticulture en accord parfait avec la nature. Leur credo, ce sont en effet les vins naturels d’une grande pureté de fruit. Ils élaborent pour cela des cuvées originales, en A.O.C. mais pas que… Ils vous accueillent avec plaisir sur rendez-vous à leur chai.

The Javoy family in Mézières-les-Cléry has been making wine since the 18th century. It was in 1987 that Pascal Javoy took over the family estate, which now covers 16 hectares in Orléans and Orléans-Cléry. His passion for vines goes back to his childhood and has never left him since. It goes without saying that he has a rare mastery of the soils and grape varieties of the two appellations, from which he produces cuvées that always strike a fine balance between the expression of the terroir and the nuances of the vintage. With the support of his wife Nadine, he has made Clos-Saint-Avit a solid benchmark whose award-winning wines are a delight to connoisseurs. Deeply attached to the land, Pascal Javoy is committed to sustainable viticulture, recognised by the national Terra Vitis label.

Ihr Credo sind natürliche Weine mit einer großen Reinheit der Frucht. Sie stellen originelle Cuvées her, die mit A.O.C. ausgezeichnet sind, aber nicht nur?
