Ghislaine et Alain sont les fondateurs de la brasserie et de la bière "Palmyre". Désireux de faire un projet identitaire, ressemblant à la Charente Maritime où ils sont nés, c’est sur le chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle que le projet a germé.
