Artiste peintre. Tout est vibration. Les couleurs et toute matière également. Le fait de toucher la matière, la peinture, de regarder le jaune, le rouge, le bleu et toutes les couleurs qui en découlent entre en vibration avec vous, avec votre corps qui est également vibrations. Vous ne cherchez rien, vous accueillez le moment présent, vous faites simplement des mouvements dans la peinture. Vous vous offrez une pause, vous oubliez l'extérieur pour être juste avec vous. Ce que vous découvrez sur votre toile ou votre feuille est ce que vous êtes à l'intérieur de vous à ce moment précis ou ce qui est en train de travailler pour vous. Vous pouvez être étonné de ce que vous découvrez, voir émerveillé; une révélation ou une belle occasion de grandir… Ce que vous venez de créer vous ouvre une nouvelle porte, la porte de la création qui vous aidera à créer dans d'autres domaines de votre vie.

Painter. Everything is vibration. Colours and all matter too. Touching the material, the paint, looking at the yellow, the red, the blue and all the colours that flow from it, enters into vibration with you, with your body, which is also vibration. You're not looking for anything, you're welcoming the present moment, simply making movements in the paint. You give yourself a break, forget about the outside world and just be with yourself. What you discover on your canvas or sheet of paper is what you are inside yourself at that precise moment, or what is working for you. You may be astonished by what you discover, even amazed; a revelation or a wonderful opportunity to grow… What you have just created opens a new door for you, the door of creation that will help you to create in other areas of your life.

Künstlerin und Malerin. Alles ist eine Schwingung. Die Farben und alle Materialien ebenfalls. Wenn Sie das Material, die Farbe, berühren, das Gelb, Rot, Blau und alle daraus resultierenden Farben betrachten, geraten Sie in Schwingung mit sich selbst, mit Ihrem Körper, der ebenfalls Schwingung ist. Sie suchen nichts, Sie empfangen den gegenwärtigen Moment, Sie machen einfach Bewegungen in der Farbe. Sie gönnen sich eine Pause, vergessen das Äußere, um nur bei sich zu sein. Was Sie auf Ihrer Leinwand oder Ihrem Blatt entdecken, ist das, was Sie in diesem Moment in Ihrem Inneren sind oder was gerade für Sie arbeitet. Vielleicht sind Sie erstaunt über das, was Sie entdecken, vielleicht sogar verwundert; eine Offenbarung oder eine gute Gelegenheit, zu wachsen… Was Sie gerade erschaffen haben, öffnet Ihnen eine neue Tür, die Tür der Schöpfung, die Ihnen helfen wird, auch in anderen Bereichen Ihres Lebens zu erschaffen.

Schilder. Alles is trilling. Kleuren en alle materie ook. Het aanraken van het materiaal, de verf, het kijken naar het geel, het rood, het blauw en alle kleuren die eruit vloeien, gaat in trilling met jou, met je lichaam, dat ook trilling is. Je bent niet op zoek naar iets, je verwelkomt het huidige moment, simpelweg bewegingen maken in de verf. Je geeft jezelf een pauze, vergeet de buitenwereld en bent gewoon bij jezelf. Wat je op je doek of vel papier ontdekt, is wat je op dat moment in jezelf bent, of wat voor jou werkt. Je kunt verbaasd zijn over wat je ontdekt, zelfs verbaasd; een openbaring of een prachtige kans om te groeien… Wat je zojuist gecreëerd hebt, opent een nieuwe deur voor je, de deur van creatie die je zal helpen om op andere gebieden van je leven te creëren.

Pintor. Todo es vibración. Los colores y toda la materia también. Tocar la materia, la pintura, mirar el amarillo, el rojo, el azul y todos los colores que fluyen de ella, entra en vibración contigo, con tu cuerpo, que también es vibración. No estás buscando nada, estás acogiendo el momento presente, simplemente haciendo movimientos en la pintura. Te das un respiro, te olvidas del mundo exterior y simplemente estás contigo mismo. Lo que descubres en tu lienzo u hoja de papel es lo que eres en tu interior en ese preciso momento, o lo que te está funcionando. Puede que lo que descubras te deje atónito, incluso asombrado; una revelación o una maravillosa oportunidad para crecer… Lo que acabas de crear te abre una nueva puerta, la puerta de la creación que te ayudará a crear en otros ámbitos de tu vida.

Pittore. Tutto è vibrazione. Anche i colori e tutta la materia. Toccare la materia, la pittura, guardare il giallo, il rosso, il blu e tutti i colori che ne scaturiscono, entra in vibrazione con voi, con il vostro corpo, che è anch'esso vibrazione. Non state cercando nulla, state accogliendo il momento presente, facendo semplicemente dei movimenti nella pittura. Vi concedete una pausa, dimenticate il mondo esterno e state semplicemente con voi stessi. Ciò che si scopre sulla tela o sul foglio di carta è ciò che si è dentro di sé in quel preciso momento, o ciò che sta funzionando per noi. Potreste rimanere stupiti da ciò che scoprite, persino meravigliati; una rivelazione o una meravigliosa opportunità di crescita… Ciò che avete appena creato vi apre una nuova porta, la porta della creazione che vi aiuterà a creare in altre aree della vostra vita.
