All our products are made in an accredited processing room. Preserves: foie-gras, confits, cous farcis, pâtés, fritons, magrets, part-cooked foie-gras and vacuum packed fresh products: foie-gras, magrets, confits, manchons, fritons… These products are guaranteed to have no preservatives or colourants respecting what it natural. Our free-range ducks are force fed with sweetcorn. On Saturday and Sunday mornings in July and August: fabrication of aligot to take away as well as duck confits cooked in a cauldron.
