Gaec des Sources – Saint-Bonnet-de-Cray

Nous sommes deux associées installées depuis 2019. Nou avons un élevage de volailles (poulets, pintades, poules pondeuses) et un élevage de bovins charolaises (55 mères en AOC Bœuf de Charolles). Pénélope s'occupe des volailles en petits lots dans des petits bâtiments déplaçable avec des grands parcours autour donc en plein air. Laura s'occupe des vaches veaux et taureaux sur les 95 hectares. Tout est fait sans antibiotiques et sans OGH avec des méthodes alternatives (huiles essentielles, homéopathie). Bien-être animal et respect de l'environnement.

We are two partners who have been in business since 2019. We have a poultry farm (chickens, guinea fowls, laying hens) and a Charolais cattle farm (55 mothers in AOC Bœuf de Charolles). Pénélope looks after the poultry in small batches in small movable buildings with large runs around them, so they are in the open air. Laura looks after the cows, calves and bulls on the 95 hectares. Everything is done without antibiotics and without HMO with alternative methods (essential oils, homeopathy). Animal welfare and respect for the environment.

Wir sind zwei Partnerinnen, die sich seit 2019 niedergelassen haben. Nou haben eine Geflügelzucht (Hühner, Perlhühner, Legehennen) und eine Zucht von Charolais-Rindern (55 Muttertiere mit AOC Bœuf de Charolles). Pénélope kümmert sich um das Geflügel in kleinen Partien in kleinen, versetzbaren Gebäuden mit großen Ausläufen drumherum, also im Freien. Laura kümmert sich um die Kühe, Kälber und Bullen auf dem 95 Hektar großen Gelände. Alles wird ohne Antibiotika und ohne GVO mit alternativen Methoden (ätherische Öle, Homöopathie) gemacht. Tierwohl und Umweltschutz.

Tenemos una granja avícola (pollos, gallinas de Guinea, gallinas ponedoras) y una granja de ganado Charolais (55 madres en AOC B?uf de Charolles). Pénélope se ocupa de las aves de corral en pequeños lotes en pequeñas naves móviles con grandes corrales alrededor, por lo que están al aire libre.
