Champagne Rousseaux-Batteux – Verzenay

La famille Rousseaux exploite la vigne depuis la fin du 18e siècle, à Verzenay, classé Grand Cru. Les premières bouteilles sont commercialisées début du 20e siècle sous le nom de Paul Rousseaux. Michel, son fils développa la manipulation. Denis, son petit-fils, créa l’actuelle marque Rousseaux-Batteux en 1976 avec son épouse Laurence, nièce d’Albert Batteux, le célèbre entraineur de foot du grand stade de Reims et de l'équipe de France. Adrien, 4ème génération de « Rousseaux » élabore aujourd’hui les différentes cuvées dans le respect des traditions.

The Rousseaux family has been running the vineyard since the end of the 18th century, in Verzenay, classified Grand Cru. The first bottles were marketed at the beginning of the 20th century under the name of Paul Rousseaux. Michel, his son, developed handling. Denis, his grandson, created the current Rousseaux-Batteux brand in 1976 with his wife Laurence, niece of Albert Batteux, the famous football coach of the great Reims stadium and the French team Adrien, the 4th generation of "Rousseaux", nowadays elaborates the different vintages in the respect of traditions.

Jahrhunderts unter dem Namen Paul Rousseaux vermarktet. Michel, sein Sohn, entwickelte die Manipulation weiter. Denis, sein Enkel, gründete die heutige Marke Rousseaux-Batteux 1976 mit seiner Frau Laurence, einer Nichte von Albert Batteux, dem berühmten Fußballtrainer des großen Stadions von Reims und der französischen Nationalmannschaft Adrien, die vierte Generation der "Rousseaux", stellt heute die verschiedenen Cuvées unter Wahrung der Traditionen her.

De eerste flessen werden aan het begin van de 20e eeuw op de markt gebracht onder de naam Paul Rousseaux. Michel, zijn zoon, ontwikkelde de behandeling. Denis, zijn kleinzoon, richtte in 1976 het huidige merk Rousseaux-Batteux op met zijn vrouw Laurence, nicht van Albert Batteux, de beroemde voetbaltrainer van het stadion van Reims en het Franse nationale elftal Adrien, de 4e generatie van "Rousseaux", produceert nu de verschillende jaargangen volgens de tradities.

Denis, suo nipote, ha creato l'attuale marchio Rousseaux-Batteux nel 1976 con la moglie Laurence, nipote di Albert Batteux, il famoso allenatore di calcio dello stadio di Reims e della nazionale francese Adrien, la quarta generazione di "Rousseaux", elabora oggi le diverse annate nel rispetto delle tradizioni.
