L'affaire Vaux et Petit – Longepierre

De 1851 à 1859, les 2/3 du village de Longepierre ont été détruits par 25 incendies criminels, incendies injustement attribués à l’instituteur Pierre Vaux et à son ami Jean-Baptiste Petit qui seront condamnés au bagne. Un parcours dans le village retrace toutes les étapes de ce "crime judiciaire".

From 1851 to 1859, two thirds of the village of Longepierre were destroyed by 25 arsons, fires unjustly attributed to the teacher Pierre Vaux and his friend Jean-Baptiste Petit who were sentenced to prison. A tour in the village retraces all the steps of this "judicial crime".

Zwischen 1851 und 1859 wurden 2/3 des Dorfes Longepierre durch 25 Brandstiftungen zerstört. Diese Brandstiftungen wurden zu Unrecht dem Lehrer Pierre Vaux und seinem Freund Jean-Baptiste Petit zugeschrieben, die daraufhin zum Zuchthaus verurteilt wurden. Ein Rundgang durch das Dorf zeichnet alle Etappen dieses "Justizverbrechens" nach.

Van 1851 tot 1859 werd tweederde van het dorp Longepierre verwoest door 25 brandstichtingen, ten onrechte toegeschreven aan de schoolmeester Pierre Vaux en zijn vriend Jean-Baptiste Petit, die tot de strafkolonie werden veroordeeld. Een rondgang door het dorp traceert alle etappes van deze "gerechtelijke misdaad".
