C’est encore plus vrai avec l’achèvement mi 2009 de son marché au cadran : exemple d’intégration des énergies nouvelles avec près d’un hectare de toiture solaire et des cuves de récupérations d’eaux pluviales. Les transactions au marché au cadran (jeunes bovins, broutards, animaux dits "maigres") débutent à 7h (fin variable d'un mercredi à l'autre en fonction du nombre de bovins) et reprennent à 12h jusqu'en milieu d'après-midi (selon le nombre de bovins). Pour le marché traditionnel de gré à gré (animaux dits "gras"), les transactions débutent à 11h et se terminent à 11h30. Visites guidées pour "Vivre et comprendre notre marché" de 8h30 à 15h (autres horaires et jours sur demande).
