Au coeur du quartier Danton, l’îlot Beauville incarne la poursuite du plan de requalification urbaine amorcée avec le pôle Simone Veil en 2021. Le projet architectural, comprenant un tiers-lieu, un dojo et des appartements, s’accorde aux aménagements voisins par sa morphologie et le choix des matériaux. L’usage du béton armé, le rythme des façades et son coeur d’îlot paysagé sont autant de clins d’oeil assumés à l’architecture d’Auguste Perret. At the heart of the Danton district, the Beauville block embodies the continuation of the urban requalification plan begun with the Simone Veil hub in 2021.
