Site de plein-air aménagé, accessible toute l'année. Cette aire permet aux utilisateurs de vélos électriques de pouvoir recharger gratuitement leur vélo ou encore de contrôler le gonflage des pneus.  Durant cette recharge, ils peuvent alors profiter du mobilier urbain en place pour se reposer, s'informer ou se restaurer tout en profitant du cadre environnant avec une belle vue sur la Meuse.
