Festival Alimenterre, projection : Manger pour vivre – Merlieux-et-Fouquerolles

En 2025 en France, une personne sur dix a des difficultés chaque jour pour se nourrir. L'aide alimentaire s'est installée dans le paysage. Malgré toute son humanité, elle est débordée par le phénomène. Face à cette situation, un collectif d’associations de Montpellier a créé une Caisse alimentaire commune. Pendant une année, le film suit la première ébauche d'une sécurité sociale de l’alimentation. 400 personnes y côtisent selon leurs moyens et reçoivent tous la même somme pour se nourrir sainement. Surtout, elles reprennent leur vie en main. A travers quatre portraits sensibles, le film propose une réflexion sur le droit à l’alimentation. In 2025 in France, one person in ten will have difficulty feeding themselves every day. Food aid has become part of the landscape. Despite all its humanity, it is overwhelmed by the phenomenon. Im Jahr 2025 hat in Frankreich einer von zehn Menschen jeden Tag Schwierigkeiten, sich zu ernähren. Die Nahrungsmittelhilfe hat sich in der Landschaft festgesetzt. Trotz all ihrer Menschlichkeit ist sie mit diesem Phänomen überfordert. Angesichts dieser Situation hat ein Kollektiv von Organisationen in Montpellier eine gemeinsame Lebensmittelkasse gegründet. Ein Jahr lang verfolgt der Film den ersten Entwurf einer Sozialversicherung für Lebensmittel. 400 Personen zahlen je nach ihren Möglichkeiten ein und erhalten alle denselben Betrag, um sich gesund zu ernähren. Vor allem aber nehmen sie ihr Leben wieder in die Hand. Anhand von vier einfühlsamen Porträts regt der Film zum Nachdenken über das Recht auf Nahrung an.
