FERME PÉDAGOGIQUE DE SERGONNE – Frossay

Ferme pédagogique avec ateliers labellisée Accueil Paysan. Au cœur du Pays de Retz, la ferme de Sergonne est une exploitation maraîchère d’environ 10 hectares, perchée au milieu du marais de l’Acheneau. Nous cultivons des légumes variés et de saison, en agriculture biologique, tout au long de l’année, en respectant la terre et tous ses habitants. Nous accueillons des moutons, qui ont un rôle important pour l’entretien du marais, et pour les cultures également, en pâturant, et en transformant la matière ! La terre n’en est que plus riche. Nous vous proposons de venir découvrir notre ferme. C’est un lieu propice à la découverte de l’environnement. En utilisant ses sens, ses méninges et son imagination, nous irons à la rencontre de la culture de la terre et ses outils. Nous ferons une escale découverte de la paysannerie d’autrefois et de son évolution au fil du temps. Enfin nous découvrirons le mouton sous toutes ses facettes, et surtout sa précieuse laine. Educational farm with workshops labeled Accueil Paysan. In the heart of the Pays de Retz, the Sergonne farm is a market garden of about 10 hectares, perched in the middle of the Acheneau marsh. We cultivate varied and seasonal vegetables, in organic agriculture, all year long, respecting the earth and all its inhabitants. We welcome sheep, which play an important role in the maintenance of the marsh, and for the crops as well, by grazing, and by transforming the matter! The land is all the richer for it. Im Herzen des Pays de Retz liegt die Ferme de Sergonne, ein etwa 10 Hektar großer Gemüseanbaubetrieb inmitten des Sumpfgebiets Acheneau. Wir bauen das ganze Jahr über abwechslungsreiches und saisonales Gemüse aus biologischem Anbau an und respektieren die Erde und ihre Bewohner. Wir beherbergen Schafe, die eine wichtige Rolle bei der Pflege des Sumpfes und der Kulturen spielen, indem sie weiden und das Material verarbeiten! Die Erde wird dadurch noch reicher. Wir laden Sie ein, unseren Bauernhof zu besuchen. Er ist ein Ort, an dem man die Umwelt entdecken kann. Mithilfe der Sinne, des Gehirns und der Vorstellungskraft lernen wir die Kultur der Erde und ihre Werkzeuge kennen. Wir machen einen Zwischenstopp, um die Bauern von früher und ihre Entwicklung im Laufe der Zeit zu entdecken. Schließlich lernen wir das Schaf in all seinen Facetten und vor allem seine wertvolle Wolle kennen. In het hart van het Pays de Retz ligt de boerderij van Sergonne, een tuinderij van ongeveer 10 hectare, midden in het moeras van Acheneau. Wij telen een verscheidenheid aan seizoensgroenten, biologisch, het hele jaar door, met respect voor het land en al zijn bewoners. Wij verwelkomen de schapen, die een belangrijke rol spelen in het onderhoud van het moeras, en ook voor de gewassen, doordat zij de materie begrazen en omzetten! Het land is er rijker door. Wij nodigen u uit om onze boerderij te komen ontdekken. Het is een ideale plek om de omgeving te ontdekken. Met behulp van je zintuigen, je verbeelding en je verstand zullen we de cultuur van de aarde en haar werktuigen ontdekken. We zullen de boerenstand uit het verleden en haar evolutie in de tijd ontdekken. Tenslotte zullen we het schaap in al zijn facetten ontdekken, en vooral zijn kostbare wol. Granja pedagógica con talleres, certificada por Accueil Paysan. En el corazón del Pays de Retz, la granja de Sergonne es una huerta de unas 10 hectáreas, encaramada en medio de la marisma de Acheneau. Cultivamos verduras variadas de temporada, de forma ecológica, durante todo el año, respetando la tierra y a todos sus habitantes. Damos la bienvenida a las ovejas, que desempeñan un papel importante en el mantenimiento de la marisma, y también para los cultivos, ¡pastoreando y transformando la materia! La tierra es más rica por ello. Le invitamos a descubrir nuestra granja. Es un lugar ideal para descubrir el entorno. Utilizando tus sentidos, tu imaginación y tu mente, descubriremos la cultura de la tierra y sus herramientas. Descubriremos el campesinado del pasado y su evolución a lo largo del tiempo. Por último, descubriremos la oveja en todas sus facetas, y especialmente su preciada lana. Fattoria didattica con laboratori, certificata da Accueil Paysan. Nel cuore del Pays de Retz, la fattoria Sergonne è un orto di circa 10 ettari, arroccato nel mezzo della palude di Acheneau. Coltiviamo una varietà di verdure di stagione, in modo biologico, tutto l'anno, rispettando la terra e tutti i suoi abitanti. Diamo il benvenuto alle pecore, che svolgono un ruolo importante per la manutenzione della palude e anche per le coltivazioni, pascolando e trasformando la materia! La terra è ancora più ricca per questo. Vi invitiamo a venire a scoprire la nostra fattoria. È un luogo ideale per scoprire l'ambiente. Utilizzando i sensi, l'immaginazione e la mente, scopriremo la cultura della terra e i suoi strumenti. Scopriremo la civiltà contadina del passato e la sua evoluzione nel tempo. Infine, scopriremo la pecora in tutte le sue sfaccettature, e soprattutto la sua preziosa lana.
