Bonne condition physique générale requise.

ESCOMEL trail (10 yrs min if good walker, 4h activity, picnic to bring): RDVt at Restaurant La Vache qui Fume in La Chapelle St Géraud (19430) at 10:30 am, return at 4 pm. Bring: sports shoes, shorts, drink and picnic. Neoprene wetsuits, helmets and vests provided by the organization. Reservations required online on my website or by phone.

Mitzubringen sind: Sportschuhe, Shorts, Getränk und Picknick. Neoprenanzüge, Helme und Westen werden von der Organisation gestellt.
