NAPPE DE MONTPEYROUX A ROQUEBRUN – Roquebrun

Sur le flanc sud de la Montagne Noire, la nappe de Montpeyroux est constituée d’une puissante série sédimentaire du Paléozoïque, plissée et inversée, interprétée comme une nappe de charriage hercynienne.

On the southern flank of the Montagne Noire, the Montpeyroux nappe consists of a powerful Paleozoic sedimentary series, folded and inverted, interpreted as a Hercynian thrust sheet.

An der Südflanke der Montagne Noire besteht die Decke von Montpeyroux aus einer mächtigen, gefalteten und umgekehrten Sedimentserie aus dem Paläozoikum, die als hercynische Geschiebedecke interpretiert wird.

Op de zuidflank van de Montagne Noire bestaat de Montpeyroux nappe uit een krachtige Paleozoïsche sedimentaire reeks, geplooid en omgekeerd, geïnterpreteerd als een Hercynische stuwplaat.

En el flanco sur de la Montaña Negra, la napa de Montpeyroux está formada por una potente serie sedimentaria paleozoica, plegada e invertida, interpretada como una lámina de cabalgamiento hercínica.

Sul fianco meridionale della Montagne Noire, la nappe di Montpeyroux è costituita da una potente serie sedimentaria paleozoica, piegata e invertita, interpretata come un thrust sheet ercinico.
