Les Culs Salés Paludier – Batz-sur-Mer

Paludiers indépendants, nous produisons du gros sel et de la fleur de sel de Guérande. Notre production est sous Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP). Mais notre engagement pour la tradition va bien au-delà : nous faisons tout à l’ancienne, sans désir de mécanisation mais en prenant le temps qu’il faut pour bien faire les choses et vous servir un sel authentique et de qualité. Visite guidée offerte en juillet et août à 17h à la roulotte sauf le dimanche.

As independent salt workers, we produce coarse salt and fleur de sel from Guérande. Our production is covered by the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). But our commitment to tradition goes far beyond that: we do everything the old-fashioned way, without relying on machinery, but taking the time needed to do things right and provide you with authentic, high-quality salt. Free guided tours are offered in July and August at 5:00 p.m. at the trailer, except on Sundays.

Als unabhängige Salzbauern produzieren wir grobes Salz und Fleur de Sel aus Guérande. Unsere Produktion unterliegt der geschützten geografischen Angabe (g.g.A.). Doch unser Bekenntnis zur Tradition geht weit darüber hinaus: Wir arbeiten ganz nach alter Art, ohne auf Mechanisierung zu setzen, sondern nehmen uns die nötige Zeit, um alles sorgfältig zu erledigen und Ihnen ein authentisches, hochwertiges Salz anzubieten. Kostenlose Führung im Juli und August um 17 Uhr am Wohnwagen, außer sonntags.

Als onafhankelijke zoutpotters produceren wij grof zout en fleur de sel uit Guérande. Onze productie valt onder de beschermde geografische aanduiding (IGP). Maar onze toewijding aan de traditie reikt veel verder: we werken volledig op de oude manier, zonder mechanisatie, maar nemen de tijd die nodig is om alles goed te doen en u authentiek zout van hoge kwaliteit te bieden. Gratis rondleiding in juli en augustus om 17.00 uur bij de woonwagen, behalve op zondag.

Pero nuestro compromiso con la tradición va mucho más allá: lo hacemos todo a la antigua usanza, sin recurrir a la mecanización, sino tomándonos el tiempo necesario para hacer bien las cosas y ofreceros una sal auténtica y de calidad. Visita guiada gratuita en julio y agosto a las 17:00 h en la caravana, excepto los domingos.

In qualità di salinai indipendenti, produciamo sale grosso e fleur de sel di Guérande. La nostra produzione è protetta dall’Indicazione Geografica Protetta (IGP). Ma il nostro impegno nei confronti della tradizione va ben oltre: lavoriamo secondo i metodi tradizionali, senza ricorrere alla meccanizzazione, ma dedicando tutto il tempo necessario per fare le cose per bene e offrirvi un sale autentico e di qualità. Visita guidata gratuita a luglio e agosto alle 17:00 presso il carro, tranne la domenica.
